Jordan was Aaaaaaaaamazing! Our food was hot they were out of salads & she had a plan to help out really made for good healthy hardy meals...we will be back to enjoy our time with you all again. Since Covid, the menu selection has gotten smaller but the service is always good and all the food is cooked to order; you'll never get items that have been sitting under a heat lamp. This IHOP is well managed and is, without a doubt the best IHOP in the area. They decorate for every holiday and all their holiday decor is PERFECT. Being a perfectionist myself, I'm impressed by their attention to detail......it blows me away that they're able to hang every Christmas ornament EXACTLY the same distance from the ceiling, it's incredible!

Stopped to have a late breakfast, (brunch). It was fairly busy about half of the seating capacity used. From the time I was seated until I was waited on and served it took less than 12 minutes and the food was prepared well and served hot. There where generous Portions for the cost of the meal.

Great service! Our waiter was perfect. Came to us multiple times to refresh our drinks and clear the table. They were extremely busy that day and the waiter did this to everyone of his tables. We were impressed!!! And he has some really nice tattoos.

The food was really good. But as a suggestion, I would remove the tables so close to the kitchen; it's not appropriate seating. The things that are happening in the kitchen should stay in the kitchen. Plus, the music from the kitchen was mixing with the music from the restaurant, and it was sensory overload. The only way to explain my last visit to this IHOP is shocked and extremely disappointed. I have eaten at this location as well as several others before and since the pandemic. But I don't understand why a simple request that has always been accommodated was all of a sudden it was impossible for them to do. After speaking with the manager I was only more disappointed. Until the current manger is removed from this location I cannot and will not recommend anyone good to this IHOP. The 2 star rating is only because the food was very good.
