Arby's

I like their Classic Roast Beef Sandwich es and Curly Fries. The sandwiches taste even better with the Arby and Horsey Sauces on the sandwiches as that much Roast Beef can be a challenge to chew. They did not include the requested condiments nor did they include a napkin. I found a leftover mustard packet in my car. Mustard does not enhance the flavor of their Roast Beef Sandwiches. Not happy this time.😥

Ordered a double beef and cheddar. I don't think I have seen this much meat on a triple. Also. Bun is a little hard... Ok so had to edit this. Bun was actually so hard I have to pull all the meat off the bun and replace it with my own. Disappointed. Probably won't go back to this location as there is usually long waits and something always wrong.

First of all we had to stand outside and wait for them to open the door. The door was opened by a very nice lady who even smiled at us. When we got inside no more smiles , everybody was busy on their phones or we're talking to other staff! The bathroom is didgusting! Does noone do anythig at night? What about the customer and the reason this place is open? It is 10:46 in the morning there's no reason for this lobby to be as nasty as it is! We had to skip over three or four different tables because they were gross! We went to counter to get ted ranch and 2 different staff members just walked by! We will never be back at this store! Fayetteville has always had a great reputation with restaurants. Big Time disappointed because the Arby's in Jonesboro on 1941 is 10 times better than this one!

My wife and I went to Arby's around 5 PM. The car in front of me turns into the parking lot and a parking space facing forward. As I turn towards the drive through the woman driving puts the car in reverse and pulls out on me screaming back the F up. After I get my order and come around she's in uniform talking to the day shift manager. I'm pretty sure she's the rude night manager. What a nasty 🤢 attitude for someone in the wrong!

Usually this is the best arbys spot so I don't know what happened tonight but whoever made my sandwich and thought one spot of cheese made the sandwich a beef and cheddar needs to be fired or trained again. The new fries were also way over done. It's sad now a days there's no truly good spot to go get food and know it's going to be good.. Update....the company did make it right and I was able to get another meal. Now this is nothing against the company but my sandwich still looked sad with maybe three dots of cheese instead of the one dot I originally had. I don't even want to blame the employee because I know he was trying because he was the only one back there working. Maybe more training needs to be set in place but as of right now I think I'll just give arbys a rest and try again later when things clear up more.
