I wish I could give 0 stars but it won't let me..... They messed up my order then when I drove all the way back to the restaurant for them to fix it, this is what I got.........Not to mention they had an attitude with me, So this was $13.00 down the drain because I'm not eating this mess, I need their district Manager to give me a call. This is just ridiculous!!! This was supposed to be a Big Steak Omelet...

We were trying to find a place to go all morning on Sunday the 20th. Holiday weekend made it impossible but IHOP was great. They got us in and seated quickly. The staff were nice and prompt. Our server was a great young man who remembered to ask if I wanted a drink for my toddler. Most people won't even bother asking about her. So we definitely had a great time. My only complaints are small. The coffee was a bit watered down and there wasn't enough butter on my Waffle. But like I said they were busy so I figured it was due to the rush

I want to iHOP on Friday morning with my daughter to have breakfast we were sit and waited for our for someone to take our order, no one came to see if we wanted something to drink. So we were there waiting for 30 minutes and finally we ask a waiter if he could take our order he claims he was busy and the girl that was to take our order supposed to come in at 10 o'clock it was 10:15 when she show up.t People came in after us were waited on. So we decided to leave. No one came to apologize to us. This poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the managers should teach better customer service to there staff.

Spend some money and fix your bathrooms! It’s ridiculous that a safe and private stall is not provided. Not a single stall door lines up to close or locks. A parent cannot send her child in the restroom alone and have piece of mind they will have privacy or be safe from anyone who follows behind them to also use the restroom. DO BETTER and stop being cheap. Have some pride in your business.

My main problem with this place is that the servers NEVER write down our order! This means on average 7 out of 10 times something is off with our order. I don’t know if servers think it’s cool to not write down orders, but it’s infuriating to the customer! This happens at other restaurants too, but IHOP is the biggest culprit. You also need to ask for refills and very rare a server comes back to check on you. Food was good, service not so much.
