I’ve been to this location before. My kids love to pick this as their go to for their birthday treat. Recently tried to go only to find the store closed hours earlier than advertised. Really loved going here as they had lactose free options so I could enjoy with my kids but after my experience and reading recent reviews we will not return again.

Today, Oct 30th was my first visit to a TCBY in years....there were two very nice and friendly customer service staff working. I was asked whether I had visit there before... then she explained the serving process and was very thorough. I like the self serve option and the variety of toppings.... I was especially glad to see the wet walnuts were still among the topping options. Keep up the great work... Will be visiting more often!!

The selections (when they are available because most machines aren't working), are pretty good. I did enjoy all toppings being labeled and clean. Here's the not so great situation I encountered: The last time I went (2/13/2018), I had to wait for 10 minutes to checkout because the older, female employee was extremely focused on cleaning machines. She was not able to multitask cleaning and watching the front.

Great yogurt! But I will just start going to Sweet Frog in the pavilion near Target. Every time I come to TCBY they are always closed. They change their closing hours every two weeks and I just can't keep up. Google will say, "close at 10." I pull up at 915 and they're already closed. Not consistent at all. Goodbye TCBY and Hello Sweet Frog 🐸🐸🐸

The frozen yogurt is so watered down. As soon as you pull the lever, it melts in you cup. And why do I have to ask for certain toppings? Shouldn't it be on top and avaliable? It's just terrible and the flavors aren't great either.. well compared to other TCBYs I've been to. I've tried reaching out to the owner, but no response yet.... I'll pass and drive a little further to another TCBY. I tried to give them a try this past Sunday and again horrible. One of the workers was on her laptop and I asked for a cup fir the 3 people I came in with.. she handed me only 2. Again the taste failed and the churn was watery... I along with 6 other of my family members will no longer visit this place. We've tried....
