Buffalo Wild Wings Fayetteville Nc

Clean relaxing atmosphere in the (what I'd call) sports bar side. Plenty of TV's to watch all kinds of sports no matter where you sit. Great special on Thursdays, buy 1 get 1 free on boneless wings. Plenty of options on flavors. I'm not a draft beer drinker but plenty of options on those. My waitress "Nina" was awesome, on point and better then I'm used to having in restaurants, each time she came remotely close to me, she'd check in to see if I was ok or needed anything. Also did not rush me on ordering, carried a short friendly conversation on to help me determine the sauces to choose. Definitely will revisit and I greatly appreciated the kindness & friendliness of my waitress and staff. I'd post pics of my wings, but I normally do not do reviews but this time it was well earned... And, I ate all my wings..😁

Forgot our drink, gave me powder buffalo wings and if that is an option then list it so it isn't misleading or make the wings right. Couldn't talk to anyone on the phone for an hour and when they answered told us our name wasn't in the system and door dash needed to refund the money. Not buying that at all, just put the drink in the bag and take responsibility the bag wasn't tampered with. Would give 0 stars.

Had a horrible experience at Hooters so we went to Buffalo wild wings. The service was a 100% better and the girls were much nicer and better looking. The wings and cheese sticks were amazing. This will definitely be our to go place for wings instead of going to hooters. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings.

It's ok, typical of the times today, insufficient wait staff for the size of the restaurant. We were initially told about a 1 hour wait. Since we had the two grandchildren with us we decided to go elsewhere. We started to leave and they decided to go ahead and seat us. The server took a while to arrive, but we didn't hold that against her as she apologized and was very friendly. Took our drink order and turned in and came right back. She advised us to order asap as the kitchen was really backed up. We did. When the food arrived it was one plate at a time over 15 minute time frame. The food was as expected. Drinks came to the table sporadically and by different servers. They were helping one another out. That being said I'm not quite sure we will be back. I do understand the difficulty with restaurant workers today. Not sure I rate them any lower but tip well as I understand they are overworked. Is this the new experience with restaurant s now?
