Walked up to get some good grub cause google maps said it was open. Doors were locked and a sign said it was because of bad weather yet there is a bartender working and two people and two kids inside. The sky is completely clear and there is zero snow on the ground.

We waited 10 minutes for someone to even greet us and 2 hours (and I think I'm being generous with that timeline) for food. Granted, the manager did give us our children's meals on him, it was just bad on all parts. We did have a pretty polite waitress, but I'm still not going back.

Waitress was super nice and made sure we were taken care of. Food was prepared right and cooked fast. I love the digital system they have on all the tables, I ordered a brownie dish from it and then the waiter came out with it in no time! Will definitely be going back.

This place flat out sucks! How about we order salads that took 45 minutes to get, must've been a drought growing ther leaves. Ordered entrees that just didn't come... at all... Ordered drinks, 3 times before going to the bar to damn near make it myself. It's amazing they're still in business! 3 tables full in the whole place and it takes an hour and 20 to not get food! How about the manager came out and apologized to the wrong table... this place is awesome to go to of you want a free meal! 'merica!

Terrible service had a problem with my appetizer coming out cold and everything that was supposed to be on my plate wasn't!!! You would think that a manager would come out and apologize for the inconvenience and Poor service but he didn't . I will never go there again the food was terrible I promise . And my daughter is only two years old and got the chicken tenders with yogurt and apple slices thought she would love it but didn't LOL she came home and ate a bowl of cereal instead !!

Food takes forever, half the time is not correct and does not taste good. I ordered Kobe meatballs today and half of each meatball was solid, burnt and crunchy, completely in-eatable. Trying to get in touch with the management phone number on the receipt is a joke. I've tried them twice and both times there have been major issues without resolution. They won't get a third chance unless they make some major changes.
Also, how does a place like this think it is okay for food to take 30 minutes to serve during lunch hour?

If I could give no stars I would. It was horrible from start to finish. It was freezing cold to start with. My waitress clearly didn't want to work this day. They brought out all my food together and told me I had to wait for one of my appetizers. When I asked for to go plates my waitress finally told me they were out of the appetizer I was waiting for. Then the manager act like she didn't want to remove the item from my check.

Service wasn't bad but not the best. I've had better food at McDonalds. It was one of the worse meals I've had out in sometime. Have no plans in returning anytime soon. Such a shame, they used to be great, not sure what's happened.
