Blind trust report: 1.They gave 4 star quality service. 2. Friendly, and the food was Yum; it’s KFC! 3. You can see some food preparation, when in lobby. 4. In my opinion every restaurant receives 3 stars out of my standard rating scale in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant?

When you want to vote your money and have a hard time, go to this KFC and I assure you it will ruin your day. Rude and inattentive employees with their customers, undercooked food, super heavy manager and is as unpleasant as her employees to receive any complaints. definitely 👌 this restaurant should completely replace its staff. This was the first and last time in this restaurant.

So I ordered 24 Tennessee Hot wings...I must say they were the worst chicken wings I've ever had from KFC, usually I order either the plain hot wings or the honey bbq. But these Tennessee wings are disgusting and saturated with oil...you can see from the bag how oily they were from the photo, I only could manage to eat 3 out of 24. I am not happy at all and wish I could get a refund or exchange for the honey bbq.

Horrible service Two weeks ago Pregnant young lady dropped my credit card out the window didn't apologize Had my food ready just sitting in the window for 5 minutes This visit my chicken was cold and looks as if it's been sitting out for a while Second trip review dining in: The manager had an attitude with me and said she could not exchange my food because I took the tray off the counter. This I thought was strange. I had sat not even for a minute when I went back to the counter to ask for a replacement of food. Had not touched the food, just taken the tray of the counter. The cashier charged me for two extras sides as well that I did not ask for. I ordered two $5 fillups. My receipt does not say this. Will not come back. Not sure if you can see from picture but there is no steam coming from food. Was not a pleasant meal. If you can drive a little further to KFC near the mall. This one my food always was perfect from, never had any complains towards that KFC. 5077 Morganton Rd. It's only a short drive for better food and service.
