Five Guys

This is the worst run five guys I have ever been to I used to manage five guys and I know what it takes to run a busy store. There was a big line and the lady at the girl was only putting certain burgers on the grill to order instead of filling the grill with burgers and having people at the table to assemble the rest of it as they go. I waited 35 minutes for a plain cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger while they were passing out everybody's numbers who came after me and I had to talk with the guy doing the fries twice to be like hey where's my food it's been 35 minutes. It should not take more than 10 minutes to get your food even if they have to cook the burger from raw to cooked. This is absolutely ridiculous this is not the first time and when they gave me my food this is what I got. See picture below. Not even put together correctly just slapped on there this is a true one-star review

I love five guys but I will never eat from this location again. I placed a mobile order and according to my receipt my order was ready in 7 minutes. That is great service...unfortunately the reality is that I did not receive my order for almost an hour and only after my wife asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized but that was all. This will be the last time I eat here.

I'm Amazed by how this restaurant still gets a 4 Stars rating.This is one of the worst burger places I've ever ordered from. My order was: Cheese burger, regular fries and diet coke and I rate them as follows: The Burger: 1/5, you can smell the raw beef from the burger, the bread is soaking wet with oil and smell of raw beef. Fries: 2.0/5, tastes a bit funny maybe old and too oily. Diet coke: 2.5/5 mixed a good amount of water. Service time: 2.0/5 , was longer than expected (10~ 15 min) and no one calls you when it's ready. Packing: 1/5 the burger was tossed along the fries with what seemed like a used napkin and the paper bag was soaking wet from the fries oil. Overall: 1.7 Final verdict: steer clear until they do something about them burgers.

I never learn my lesson from this restaurant. They never fill up my fries when I order online. I am paying $7 for fries that’s not even filled up all the way. Employees are very unprofessional. There needs to be new management in this location it’s just a mess and disorganized. Nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes for a burger and fries.

This is the second time I’ve ordered ahead here and ordering ahead does NOT speed up the process. Staff are slow and unbothered. Saw one worker take a photo of fries while people waited today. Ketchup packets were OUT. My pickup order was more than 15 minutes late and there is no reason, because people have walked up, ordered, and had their orders filled since I got here but I placed my order 10 min before pick up time. Staff pretty much have glazed looks on their faces and are disinterested in customers as well. Please retrain.
