Mcdonald's

Every since I started working on the river I’ve been coming to this mc Donald’s and it’s been amazing. Unfortunately today I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with 2 strips of bacon.NO MUSTARD NO PICKLES ! The same exact thing I order all the time. I’m allergic to pickles and there on both of my cheeseburgers 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m on my way back. Please pay more attention to peoples orders. This is understandable.

I am a McDonald's person despite popular belief. But I don't always care for the service or food being served under cooked, old fries, unsalted, greasy and my sandwich shows that it's been made in a hurry with no care. Hello do not get in Any Business if you are Not willing to offer great service. Period

0 Stars would definitely be what I prefer to put! When I pulled into the drive-thru there was a couple walking through due to the lobby being prematurely closed. When done, they walked around. I was greeted with an attitude, when ordering I was asked if I wanted a drink with my meal, I responded an Oreo McFlurry and was told "that ain't a drink." I completed placing my order. As I drove around, I see the walking couple was refused service due to not being in a vehicle. I waited at a distance and the cashier told them to move so cars could pull up. They informed her they wanted to speak to management and explained that he was diabetic and needed to get food. Her response was "well I don't have anything to do with that!" she also told him management was going to say the same. The cashier was argumentative, extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed a lack of compassion. I have never seen such disgusting customer care. I understand that there are policies in place, but the situation could have been handled with more care and respect for the customer. As for my food, it was 20 dollars wasted! My fries were cold and the burger soggy. The only good thing I can say about my visit is the nuggets were fresh and had to be pure luck!

Food was good, service was fast, but this is the second time that major items have been left out. This time we were missing a large fry and an entire 20 piece nugget...which I paid for, but was too far away once discovered to return--and I specifically ask: "Is this everything?", to which I was answered "Yes". I think that may be my last business at this McDonalds with my family.

Will never ever in my lifetime will I ever eat at this McDonald's again the line was extremely long then when I place my order I was in drive thru line for like 15 to 20 mins before I could get my food. I order the big Mac meal with extra Mac sauce. My fries was extremely cold. I couldn't enjoy my food I was highly up set. I called and called no one will not answer the phone. They are very unprofessional. I will never eat here again

Unprofessional workers ‼️ Drove up to the drive through to simply get my Son a McGriddle before going to the gym and the cones we up so I asked the workers standing outside “ y’all closed “ , which is a legitimate question because it’s 6:30 and there supposed to be open. The cook replied with a smart comment accompanied with a joke. Who has time for nonsense early on a Sunday morning. Your workers are out of control ‼️
