I love this location! The staff is super friendly and I never feel rushed when ordering or dining in.
The lobby is well maintained and my orders have always been accurate

I honestly have gone through this location's drive-thru for years and it consistently delivers fresh, accurate food in a timely manner. They make the Wendy's & McDonalds on the other side of town look as horrendous as they truly are. The food is nothing to brag about and I gave up on BK's breakfast as it sucks regardless of location but this location's drive-thru is awesome for lunch / dinner in my opinion.
It’s 12:00 on july 20th, 2023. I’m a local plumber and was looking for somewhere to get lunch. I chose burger king. I walked inside and the Cashier says good afternoon. I ordered and Alex has a very positive attitude. Alex was very cheerful and presented perfect customer service( which you don’t see in many places). Alex knew what he was doing and didn’t have to ask for help from a manger or fellow coworker when I was ordering. Alex did a very good job presenting the store and their great customer service. I would recommend giving Alex a raise or appreciation because it’s not like he has name embroidered on his shirt. I specifically asked for it because of his attitude and professionalism. Although, i’m giving this store a 3-star review because when I walked in the store, the store was filled with smoke and hazey. I would’ve ate inside, but the smoke was too much. Food was great though.
This is literally the dream team for fast food service. I’ve never been treated better at any restaurant. The lady checked on me at my seat to make sure I enjoyed my food, and the assistant manager pictured here literally described the different food tastes thoroughly and guided my decision. The back of house staff was happily talking and genuinely enjoying their jobs. Just wow.
My girlfriend and I drive 45 minutes just to come to this Burger King. It is the best one we’ve ever had food is always amazing and staff is always awesome. We love this location so much. Deserves 5 stars
We were the only ones here at the time and it was great! Very quiet and not many people inside. The food was good and cheap!
This Burger King brings pleasant memories for me. It has great food & a nice atmosphere in 2004 and in 2023. It also has old fashioned ordering too!!

Since Burger King has been my top pregnancy craving, I've frequented this joint a good deal the past 9 months. I've only had one instance in which my order was messed up, but the girl at the register had been new and was in training so it was totally understandable. We all start somewhere! Other than that, I've had lovely experiences with the staff here and the food has been exceptional! Keep up the good work at this location :) I look forward to returning!
I don't usually post positive reviews of fast food establishments, as I don't set a very high bar for these places; however, the weekday morning staff at the Columbia Burger King are top notch. They are very attentive, polite, and provide speedy service. The food is standard Burger King, so nothing special there, but they always have biscuits which some Burger Kings don't; and their prices are notably cheaper than other Burger Kings in the area.
