Burger King

I love this location! The staff is super friendly and I never feel rushed when ordering or dining in. The lobby is well maintained and my orders have always been accurate I like the way the staff works together and that I never see a manager screaming at anyone in front of customers It's a very pleasant experience everytime I go

I honestly have gone through this location's drive-thru for years and it consistently delivers fresh, accurate food in a timely manner. They make the Wendy's & McDonalds on the other side of town look as horrendous as they truly are. The food is nothing to brag about and I gave up on BK's breakfast as it sucks regardless of location but this location's drive-thru is awesome for lunch / dinner in my opinion.

It’s 12:00 on july 20th, 2023. I’m a local plumber and was looking for somewhere to get lunch. I chose burger king. I walked inside and the Cashier says good afternoon. I ordered and Alex has a very positive attitude. Alex was very cheerful and presented perfect customer service( which you don’t see in many places). Alex knew what he was doing and didn’t have to ask for help from a manger or fellow coworker when I was ordering. Alex did a very good job presenting the store and their great customer service. I would recommend giving Alex a raise or appreciation because it’s not like he has name embroidered on his shirt. I specifically asked for it because of his attitude and professionalism. Although, i’m giving this store a 3-star review because when I walked in the store, the store was filled with smoke and hazey. I would’ve ate inside, but the smoke was too much. Food was great though.

This BK is near my house, so we run through the drive thru & take food home to eat. I like the menu fine at BK, they have coupons that make it a really great value to feed everyone for much less than other dine out options. This particular BK is normally not too busy & our food is almost always hot/fresh. I get chicken fries a lot & many locations have served me sub par versions

I don't usually post positive reviews of fast food establishments, as I don't set a very high bar for these places; however, the weekday morning staff at the Columbia Burger King are top notch. They are very attentive, polite, and provide speedy service. The food is standard Burger King, so nothing special there, but they always have biscuits which some Burger Kings don't; and their prices are notably cheaper than other Burger Kings in the area.

Since Burger King has been my top pregnancy craving, I've frequented this joint a good deal the past 9 months. I've only had one instance in which my order was messed up, but the girl at the register had been new and was in training so it was totally understandable. We all start somewhere! Other than that, I've had lovely experiences with the staff here and the food has been exceptional! Keep up the good work at this location :) I look forward to returning!
