Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I didn't go in to eat Due to Covid 19 restrictions Since each customer has to sit 6 ft from one another. The establishment was packed with their limit. I have ordered take out. The Workers were phenomenal, very pleasant that help me with ordering process. The Food was delicious. I will return. Thank You

The Columbia Maryland Bertucci's is outstanding! I always have an outstanding dining experience, and the food is delicious. Nate, the GM, and Fabian, the Front End Manager as well as the entire staff always go above and beyond! I would highly recommend visiting the Bertucci's in Columbia MD. You will not be disappointed!

On an evening that was not particularly busy, it took a while for my wife and I to be seated, even though there were open tables. After being seated, several of the staff walked by several times (not even acknowledging our existence) or offering any service. An acknowledgement of "we will be with you in a few minutes" would have been perfectly acceptable. After several minutes my wife and I left in disgust. It is a shame since we have patronized this location many times over the years. We will not be back.

Nice atmosphere, good food, average service. Had lunch there, I had eggplant, and my friend had chicken parmigiana. They start with bread and olive oil like a lot of Italian places, it was adequate. The food was also adequate. The server lacked attentiveness, and seemed annoyed with request. We tipped her 20%. I would try them again, maybe different dishes and a different server will make for a better experience.

I believe in giving a restaurant more than one shot before passing judgment on it. We’ve eaten here four times. Brown lettuce and soggy pizza, which I didn’t think was possible with brick oven pizza, are the norm with each visit. Zero customer service. No greeting when entering. Employees on their cell phones when you’re waiting for their attention. Managers not managing. This last visit was the final straw: Being told “be with you in one minute” while standing at the host station and 10 minutes later no host but three employees standing around talking and the pick up counter guy leaning on the counter texting away. There are an abundance of places with better food and customer service. Give them your money instead.

I call this superb restaurant once a month because I like the good air that is exist in this place. The team is highly loyal and professional. The service is extremely efficient. Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. I came many times and I was always satisfied. The payment is fair. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.
