Was in and out super quick place was clean and everyone was super friendly
Very polite and professional. I left my card at home and I needed to connect my card to Apple Pay they waited patiently for me to add my card! The food was fresh and they gave me a courtesy cup of water which was nice because most fast food places make you pay for cups.
I tried the new limited time ghost pepper sandwich and ghost pepper chicken fries. From everything I’ve been hearing I was expecting the spicy of the food to kick my butt, but was disappointed. I feel like I would have to eat 3 burgers to get any hint of heat. The workers were really nice and took care of me very quickly, highly satisfied of customer service.
The staff here is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh
Sunday, July 18 between 12-1pm I stopped for a cup of coffee. There was a sign on the window ...'drive through only'... I biked the Ohio&Erie Canal path, so I pedaled around and got in line. A very sweet associate greeted me outside. I told her about the sign and that I would wait in line. She offered to get the coffee for me. I gave her money, she went inside and I dismounted to wait. I saw two individuals come outside. Puzzled, I walked in and asked if I could come in. The establishment at the time was very clean and the associates on duty were super friendly, which made my day so pleasant.
I took my coffee, found some shade to enjoy while I relaxed and recharged. By the way, the coffee ... it was SUPER AWESOME. Really, it was great.
Thanks for making my bike adventure more enjoyable. I will make sure when I bike the Ohio&Erie Canal at the Steelyard again, to make a point to stop.
Tables need cleaned. One has a half cigarette smashed on it with the ash all over. The customer service was super good. Respectful and polite. The burger was cold the fries were cooked perfectly, some of the best I've ever had but there was a bit to much salt on them.
Not too long a wait at drive through. Food was good, hot and correct. The lady was nice. Prices were reasonable for nowadays. At least the cheese was melted as it was hot, fries were good and good. Drinks great right ice and drink amt. I'd go again.
Fast and friendly service and the food was hot and fresh...... except for the French fries. I'd been okay waiting for a fresh batch instead of getting the last of the crumbs.
Food is always fresh and fast. This is without a doubt the best Burger King around. Also the young lady working in the morning is very polite and alway in a great mood. I believe her name is Sheléa. I may not have spelled it correctly.
It's a Burger King in Steelyard. Steelyard gets a bad rep but I don't believe it's all bad. There are some establishments that should retire but this isn't one of them.
The staff was friendly. I ordered my son a cheeseburger no pickles, didn't know it came with mustard. He doesn't like mustard, they replaced his sandwich no problem.
On another occasion the frozen coke was didn't really taste like coke. They gave us a replacement of a different flavor. No problem.
It's Burger King. It's nothing fancy. You go with a Whopper with fries or onion rings and your favorite cola, and you are happy. So it really come down to service to me in these establishments and they seem to have a management with good heads on their shoulder.
Things will never be perfect everytime, but if it isn't they will make an effort to fix it right away.
I was in this place today 6/27/22 around 1:30 pm there was nothing special about my whopper Other than the Friendly Employees there today ! Specially around this times that everyone since to be so Miserable, How nice to see people working like they're making $50 an hour, and getting free Gas ⛽! They could have put 20 pickles on my whopper (which I hate and forget the cheese and I wouldn't care !) That was not the case .. but I most write this review because I'm learning how to Also review good experiences which many of Us never do !
