I had such a wonderful experience with this location. The cake was perfect and delicious (as always) and the customer service was exceptionally outstanding! Despite them being very busy, I was able to feel valued as a customer. I was even offered a free drink or cookie for waiting only 5 minutes or so past the original pickup time. Everyone seemed to be working so hard to ensure customer satisfaction; not only did they accomplish that but they went above and beyond in every aspect!

The owner did not want to honor coupons sold by the local school. I assume she must have agreed on this discount and later changed her mind. Also a relatively of mine worked here and was treated poorly.

Showed up at 6 pm and they are completely out of cookies. What kind of cookie place doesn't have not 1 single cookie...a pathetic one apparently
