Excellent customer service, multiple staff kept checking in on us throughout the meal. Our server was a tad bit odd, had to flag him down a couple times as he wasn’t checking in with our table but none the less service was impeccable and the food was so good, talk about food coma. Perfect setting for any occasion! We ordered the lobster bisque, which was nice, hot and delicious full of lots of flavor. And then the surf and turf was perfect, amazing. We also ordered the crab mac and cheese, however this dish is very very heavy on the stomach. Very good but will fill you up quickly if you don’t eat strategically! And then we had a birthday in our party, the birthday creme brûlée was okay, nothing to personally rave about though. Felt the flavor was off. This restaurant is beautiful inside and out!
Had a great meal here. Customer service was excellent too, attentive and quick. We had the grand seafood tower and it was delicious! Had ordered an oyster appetizer before we decided on the tower but so worth it!
This is place is top notch. The food is delicious, flavorful, and perfect portions. On every visit the service has been exceptional. The servers are pleasant and go out of their way to ensure your experience is perfect. The atmosphere is upscale and cozy. We always enjoy dinner here on special occasions or anytime we want excellent seafood. I can't say enough about this place. If you haven't been, make it a priority.

Went with a group of 10 on a Tuesday night. The place was reasonably full and we had reservations. Everything was spot on from the bread being warm to the presentation and food. Our server was excellent and glasses never sat empty. Everything was excellent!
Ohhh my gosh Blue Point was delicious. My friend and I are big dirty martini girls and both drank 2. The food was insanely good and the portions were great for the price point. You absolutely have to get the lobster mashed potatoes and the scallop app
Was here in Cleveland for a 3 day meeting, and this was my favorite spot for dinner. Food was amazing, and the fixed menu for our group offered something for everyone. Wine list was fantastic and our serving team did a great job. Thank you!
My first visit to Blue Point Grille was a great experience! The staff is attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is classy and modern. And of course, the food is absolutely fantastic! I got the Nags Head Grouper, their signature dish, and it was flawless. The lobster mashed potatoes were out of this world! The prices are definitely on the higher end, but it's very worth it given the overall experience.
We went to this restaurant for a business dinner with around 40 people. The staff was amazing and took care of all of our needs. The private area upstairs was a great meeting spot for our dinner. Great upscale restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back.
Stopped in at Blue Pointe for oysters on Sunday when Ally Cat was unexpectedly closed early. All I can say is WOW, am I glad they were closed. Pete our server was from the first greeting impeccable. Knowledgeable and personable without being overbearing, I loved seeing how the entire staff was part of service. Never was an empty plate on our table for more than a few minutes. Never an empty glass. We did not feel like a burden for coming in an hour before close. The general manager even came by to shake hands with me, a fellow manager and I thought that was so old school and classy.
I’m in the service industry, I run a restaurant in canton, but I’m a bartender by trade, and my date is a chef. I wouldn’t say we’re hard to please because we get this business, but it’s not often we’re genuinely impressed with a restaurant these days. Our oysters were fresh and perfect, we also got some beef tartar, Mac, Brussels, and mussels. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The shining start for me though was the beet salad. It’s truly impressive to make the salad stand out against such delicious food, but it was perfectly acidic, herbaceous, I’ve never seen candied amaranth, or reconstituted and pickled apricot before, but I’ll be thinking about that salad forever. Hats off to your chef.
Loved your focused menu, I love seeing a restaurant do a few things phenomenally instead of trying to be everything to everyone. Very reasonable price point for the quality, you can tell they’re making everything in house. Beautiful space and ambiance, impeccable service.
