We ordered 2 subs and they weren't quite right, so I called and spoke to the manager, Savanah, she apologized and offered us 2 free subs the next time we ordered. We reordered our subs tonight, not only were they perfect and above quality and quantity. Plus they gave us cookies! Great customer service. Will be their forever customer
Cam made this Subway experience one for the books. Took great care with our food. Great conversation. As a former Subway employee; I know they really do take that extra second to treat you as person not just a customer. Would recommend this spot.

Great , kind staff members. But the prices are getting outta hand , no wonder it was empty. We used a coupon we got in the mail to get a better deal. Going to be taking my coupons more seriously. When everything's going UP except minimum wage. YIKES.

was a regular here, ordering online then got charged $10 then showed up and told that they didnt have my order and that i could just order again... and pay again. 10 mins later i get the email that my order was ready. i was already back at work. i got charged $10 and didnt get my food. the only response i got was to order another one.
Update: the guy that cause problems I haven't seen in awhile. The lady I deal with now is very nice and does a great job
I came in Saturday night while Jason was working and he had the absolute best customer service I have seen in any restaurant within the past two yrs. He was very friendly and answered questions. He deserves a raise!

Rachel is so friendly. She is quick and courtesy. Store was clean and organized. When I got home sandwich was delicious and thanks for asking if I wanted cookies so soft and delicious 😋
