Fresh food quickly. Dining room appeared clean as well. Burgers were perfectly assembled and tasted great.
Super long drive-thru line, went in and was out in less than 10 minutes and that was with one person in front of me. Decent customer service and good food! They just need to salt the fries directly after taking them out cause doing it yourself after the fact— it’s not gonna stick on them properly. Still, 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent customer service. Food was hot. I GOT THROUGH THE LINE FAST!!!! I did order a whopper with cheese and got 3 tomatoes and no onions which I thought was very odd...smh other then 😅that my experience was great and I will return.
one star is deserved for today's service from SANDY, KITCHEN MANAGER. Four stars are the reason I went to this location today! The food is always hot and fresh. That fact was lost completely by the cashier Sandy. She told me while at the speaker box that I needed to tell her about a coupon before placing my order. I apologized and re-ordered and gave my coupon number at the speaker box. I saw the order pop up on the screen as I pulled to pay/pick up. I thought my whole coupon order was there but Sandy took my $4 and gave me less food than I was entitled to by coupon! She refused to give me the food telling me I didnt mention the coupon in time for her to put the order in as a coupon order; really?! I made the correction at the speaker box. I wanted all of the food I ordered and paid for. This is theft!!!! Paid $4 for 5 items and received only 2 The manager tried to smooth it over but I am hoping the owner gets her better training or show her the door.
My experience today at this location was terrific; 1st of all , being in the transportation business, it's very difficult to find public restrooms. Theirs was immaculately clean wth soap, hot water& working hand dryer. When I finished I order a senior coffee and 2 chocolate chip cookies; the price was right, and the cashier couldn't have been nicer.
Every single time I come I’m greeted with a friendly voice at the drive through, and my sandwich is always perfectly made with soft bread... honestly the best Burger King I’ve been to.. they don’t get enough recognition. Keep up the good work!
Usually pretty fast with my orders but a lot of the time it takes over 5min and doesn't look like they're trying to get the food to customers in the amount of time that they should. Most of the time they just have an annoyed looks on their faces when someone comes in to order. One thing I dislike and don't understand is why they close their lobby 15-20 min (sometimes a half-hour) earlier than it's posted on the door and on the website which is 10:00 p.m. I'm not sure what that's all about but they should update the time if it isn't correct.
I can honestly say that burger king has stepped up to play. The impossible burger was great. I'm very happy they make the playing feel strong by adding that burger you guys won me as a customer thank you. But my fries was cold but that burger made up for it.
Came to get my free Whopper for filling out the survey on the back of the receipt. Always delicious, hot and fresh. I always ask for no-salt fries because just about every fast-food burger joint seems to over-salt them. This time, they told me that they do not pre-salt their fries. I was happy to hear that, but not every BK does this.
The drive thru line moved slow that day, but the guy took our order and collected the money at the first window, and was passing out food at the 2nd window. Cool dude and good food.
