Customer service was awesome last night, but their salted caramel had chocolate syrup in it and I wasted a large frozen coffee, even though she remade it, it just wasn't good, 5 people tasted it and no one liked it! She was really nice about it and she would of remade it for me but I was just over it at that point!
Coffee and donuts were sooo good. Just a very long wait for your coffee. Ordered quick, but then waited 15mins for the coffee.
Used drive up window. I've been going there for coffee on and off for about a year. Now it's one of my go-to spots. Today I purchased a Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwich. It was very good.
Drive thru was very fast and efficient. The employees were definitely stressed, but they still had a great attitude! Keep it up!

I always have a great experience when I go into this location. Gray who is one of their employees, has great customer service skills. She is always friendly and very polite. Since I am vegan, she always gives good suggestions and substitutes on how to make my order better.
I got very nice friendly service here. Accidentally spilled a cup of water on the counter by the cashier and staff cleaned it up without a fret. I felt embarrassed but not terrified cuz they reacted very nicely.
I used the free Dunkin’ Wi-Fi to install their app—then used it to order and pay for coffee, a sandwich, and a donut. They were ready quickly at the drive-up window and were quite good. Then I uninstalled the app.
It was a very busy night and there was a line wrapped around the building, but the worker Luke was so kind; his positive demeanor really made my day! He sayed calm and collected and did his job with a smile. Friendly service makes such a difference! What a valuable employee!! He gets our vote for employee of the month!
Layann was such A sweetheart she made a latte sweet for me and when on her way to do that she is so nice and kind through the window definitely I give. Her a 10 rating. Thank you hun
