I don’t eat Arby’s, and I’m not exactly sure why not. Regardless, the people that ate it, were very satisfied. Nice young lady with a good sense of humor at the window. Shakes were great.
I stopped by the Mayfield heights location today at about 7pm and the drive thru line was wrapped around. The 2 men working inside moved the line very swifty and the young man at the window was very courteous and upbeat. My order was accurate and fresh. This was probably the best service I've experienced in a while
Had lunch today.Pleasure to get back inside. Think their food a cut above most. Had a turkey Reuben doubt available any other chain fast food.Fresh bread plenty of turkey and sauerkraut Don't lf it's how they hire or train but every one there from the manager to young kitchen helper,who held the door for me always friendly and really interested when ask about my meal
Same was just good. I'll just remember next time to get the horses off. Then I'll be great but it was good. I didn't get sick and I didn't throw up. So it's obviously a 10 out of 10.
The fish sticks are the best I've ever eaten. Real fish not anything like the munched fish you get in the supermarket kind. Ya"ll gotta try them.
Didn't go inside, yet there was a long wait but the guy did us a roast beef sandwich for the wait. (It was a dry sandwich, but it was the thought that counts. Because he really didn't have to). Customer service was appreciated, you did good. I would/will return. We had the Sweet heat , curly fries and the orange cream shake
I have this Arby's 5 stars because as far as Arby's go it's definitely the best one I've been to. It's clean and well "decorated" (for lack of a better word), the workers are friendly. The food is fresh. I couldn't help but compare this Arby's to the one in University Hghts, which is the polar opposite of this one. If you like Arby's I highly recommend this location, if you've never been I also highly recommend checking this one out.
Nice courteous staff, which is a pleasant surprise in nowadays fast food places. Curly Fries were hot crispy and well seasoned. Sandwiches felt, looked, and tasted freshly made. Hopefully, it wasn't just a luck of draw. As for the atmosphere- c'mon it's a fast food joint.
Food was hot but had to rush. Was late the fries 🍟 wasn't fresh but the Chicken sandwich was. They was busy kicking it while making me wait for the food. Glad the sandwich was hot tho
