Quintessential east side Cleveland greasy spoon at the Shaker square rapid stop. No frills, pleasant service, full stomach. Great people watching spot for Heights area residents who appreciate our diverse population and culture. Save a few bucks by skipping the who's who at Fire and go see who's Cleveland at Michael's.
Pretty good food & service it was our first time going. Will make another trip there. We actually went a Saturday, but they only had take out.
Great food, good service, okay atmosphere. It's a nice "hole-in-the-wall" diner in Shaker Square that could be easily missable if you're just driving past. Situated on the side of railroad tracks, I can imagine it's a nice stop for a quick bite to eat for railroad passengers. The space is pretty small, and the ventilation didn't seem all that great; the restaurant fairly quickly filled up with hot air as they cooked. I got the ribeye steak and eggs, with a side of French toast as well. The steak was a little thin and plain, but otherwise I have no complaints about the rest of the meal. If you're passing through the area, looking for some quick diner-style breakfast, I can definitely recommend this place!
I eaten here for years!
Enjoyable atmosphere, with good food preparation.
The place has held it's own, regardless of the other eating places in the area.
Excellent diner, with kind service. My son and husband loved their burgers. My jumbo gyro and chili cheese fries were everything you could want from them. Prices were affordable especially with the portions. We'll eat here again when we're in the area.
The food was delicious. It's taken so long to prepare but it's worth the wait.
Great food, service is ok. Waitess could be more polite and friendly. They never came back to check on how my food was.
Gryo omelette was very good😍
This place is great for any Dads out there looking for a great place to take those kids, going through a train phase for a great cheap meal.
I've been coming here on & off for a few years now & they always have good food & good service.
Service is great. Cute old school diner feel. The neighborhood is very sketchy and the diner wall being at a rapid station stop, makes the view unsavory particularly when folks lean their butt against it and it is at eye level while you eat. Some men think l Italian cute just to stairs at you. Gross.
