Used drive up window. I've been going there for coffee on and off for about a year. Now it's one of my go-to spots. Today I purchased a Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwich. It was very good.

I always have a great experience when I go into this location. Gray who is one of their employees, has great customer service skills. She is always friendly and very polite. Since I am vegan, she always gives good suggestions and substitutes on how to make my order better.
I got very nice friendly service here. Accidentally spilled a cup of water on the counter by the cashier and staff cleaned it up without a fret. I felt embarrassed but not terrified cuz they reacted very nicely.
I used the free Dunkin’ Wi-Fi to install their app—then used it to order and pay for coffee, a sandwich, and a donut. They were ready quickly at the drive-up window and were quite good. Then I uninstalled the app.

It really could get 5 stars but I feel like the employees are hit or miss. Sometimes you have someone who is very kind and other times you walk away wondering what you ever did to get them so upset. The line sometimes is just way too insane and slow that I drive past because I know I will be waiting
