Probably one of the best fast food places especially McDonald's I have seen in a very long time. First thing I saw walking up was an employee directing cars in the drive thru lane at the busy lunch hour. The employees behind the counter were very pleasant which I don't often see and the service was fast and efficient. While sitting to eat my meal I noticed an employee cleaning counters, tables and floors. Another employee was also assisting an elderly woman by cleaning up her tray for her. Along with that my food was hot and fresh. Best McDonald's I have seen! Quality service.

Has the best fries ! The food ,more often than not,actually LOOKS like the picture of it.you can tell that there is some care taken in the preparation! The owner and managers are very "community oriented!" The people they hire are expected to look and act professionally !
This place is clean and the food is tasty.
The dining room is open as expected during posted hours. The food is always hot and fresh, and the speed of service is excellent even during peak times. However, this location charges more than other locations for menu items.
This McDonald's is very close to my Client's home. This is one of Her favorite places to go to for lunch. This McDonald's is quite and the parking lot always has available parking space. The customer service has been sporadic depending on the time of day and the number of employees working. There has been times where the service at the ordering counter has been okay and most of the other times it's been very slow. The employees will see You but, will not come up to the counter to take my order. Most of the time ("the times that I have been there with my client"), the facility has been very dirty. From hand and finger prints on the windows & tables, to the tables and floors being very dirty and sticky. Or the self service area where the condiments. Napkins, straws and cup lids are kept will be out of these items, not fully stocked or dirty. This location can do much better than what they are doing now. With time and growth I hope they will.
Me and my mom drove 30 min just to come to this McDonald's. The employees here are wonderful and love the patrons. The food was hot and tasty. The wait time for our food wasn't long at all. Always good vibes and love coming here .
I didn't eat here, but as a home health professional I am always looking for clean bathrooms, and this one was and came in a time of great need.
I have been going to this McDonald's location for years now, and I have consistently had a great experience. Even at peak business hours before the full remodel, they would always be fast and efficient. Now it is even better since they added the second drive-thru lane. This is exactly what you'd expect in terms of consistent quality customer service and food from a McDonalds franchise.
I like the new neighborhood McDonald's. Enjoyed my hot fresh meal, ready with little wait time. Tho the drive thru did look like that of McDonald's 😛. Great meal, clean place, and amazing very helpful staff. Thank you ☺️, enjoyed my fries 🍟😃, hope the same for you!
Great stop along the way on our way to Columbus. This McDonald's looks very newly renovated. Fresh hot food with little wait time. Exceptionally clean and very friendly staff.
I barely ever leave reviews for anything, and have never left one for a fast food restaurant, but this one deserves it. In my 34 years on this earth, I have never been to a McDonalds that is more well-run than this one. They're fast, food is fresh, the place is clean, never had a mistake in an order, just unbelievable for a fast food joint these days. I don't really trust fast food since the pandemic days, and this is one of the only fast food places I do trust and will actually frequent. Hats off to the Mayfield McDonalds!
Either this location is new or remolded (I just moved to area so not sure). Very clean inside when I went In. Everyone is always nice no matter the time of day. Leaving out can be a task and lines can take forever even with 2 lanes. Haven’t had an issue with my order. Will continue to frequent this location.
They’ve kept the franchise fresh and well kept. Food and service were top notch.
