Amazing tasty food! Chicken and beef Gyro combo off the chain. Great serving size. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this restaurant! We loved it! Restaurant owners to another is a great compliment! The Halal Guys is a must when visiting Chicago!

First had Halal Guys on a street corner in NY City. Fell in love and prayed that they would come to Chicago! My prayers were answered 5 years ago and have been a steady customer ever since (making the trip each time from Indiana cause it's that good). Thank you guys for the deliciousness that you serve every day! The combo platter is heaven in a bowl!!

Always a great stop for lunch or dinner. My middle eastern quick fix. The hot sauce is extremely hot but good.

It was my first time eating here and I wanted to to try it because I've heard good things, and it was great! The place is very small and there's only a few tables available and staff was nice! There's no bathroom or wifi here and parking is mostly street parking.
I got the regular chicken and gyro combo, with white sauce and a bit of BBQ sauce! The meat was very tender and flavorful, it was delicious itself. Everything tasted so good together and seemed very fresh.
I recommend this place for a quick bite or for good delicious food. It was about $11.50 for a pretty big portion!

Owner refuses to add chain's reward point system to location and changes store hours at will. Previous ownership made it worth visiting.
Edited to 3 stars. New hours are clearly marked online, however not having app integration at point of sale after being back open for almost a year is absurd.

I have to say it's the single worst middle Eastern food I've ever had. Totally regret buying there and bad to go elsewhere to get a decent meal. Plus $2 for hummus... Come on!
