Pizza Hut

Was very disappointed with just about everything. The service was terrible, we walked in and was ignored by 2 employees, then one man told us to sit down where ever we wanted to. I told him I wanted to order for carry out and he said "well then you shouldn't be talking to me then" and walked away. After a few minutes a young lady came to take our order, she never mentioned the Rewards program ( I am a member) so I lost the opportunity to get points for the order. I asked her about it and she told me she doesn't know anything about it and that she hasn't worked there very long. I ordered boneless wings and a medium pizza, when our order came 26 minutes later the pizza was hot but the wings were almost room temperature and were dry. There wasn't enough sauce on them to make my fingers dirty. I asked for a fork and the young lady said "What kind of person eats wings with a fork?" I doubt I will ever return to this location.

Last time I went they screwed up the order and the new pizza arrived and it was not fully cooked in the middle. The salad bar is usually good. Food is greasy. The lunch price is good. But I don't see many cars there. This place was always great food. So i think that Pizza Hut really needs a hugh boost to better their business.

I walked in it was clean. Smelled good. Dude cooking the food was very nice.! But the two females working need some better customer service skills. Jessica insisted on me showing my ID when it came time to pick up my food. Guess she didn't think I was who I said I was?. Then one of the females had an attitude because the mountain dew was "out of order" I had asked one of the girls a question about something and completely blew me off. Just stared at me. I don't think that's how a restaurant should be ran almost tempted to go to Domino's with her attitude.

The lunch & Tuesday Kids Night buffets are amazing. Every now & then they put out a bunch of pizzas with sausage being one of the toppings, but you can request certain toppings & most crust types. Carry out is good because there are many online deals & there is a drive up window. They are very kid-friendly.

Service was terrible. Place was dirty. Even the carpet flood is all sticky everywhere we walked. We were only customers in there, and not a clean table to be found. Even the "washed" tables still had crumbs all over them. The waitress was allowing her little girl to put her finders in the salt shakers after she had taken lids off.....disgusting

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife came home crying from the "manager." Let's just say I sent the corporate number a message and they better be calling back. If not, I WILL find out who this "manager" was and she WILL hear from me. @pizzahut you're on notice.. better call me back. I am giving this a one star hoping that this hurts their press ganey as much as possible... Pizza Hut.. Call me NOW. Corporate office has been called and I want this so called "manager" disciplined before I will ever come back.

Our server Dustin was extremely weird and made the experience very uncomfortable. The pizza was very doughy and raw, so we brought it home and cooked it for another 13 minutes. They were not attentive at clearing tables, and left dirty tables to sit. Dustin even exclaimed at one point "I'm not going to take care of this right now. I'm just gonna let it sit." When referring to a table. Bread sticks were by far the best part of our meal. We will not be returning.

Old lettuce on the buffet. Cold pizza on there as well nobody bringing out anything fresh the whole time we were there... the employee that was in charge of the buffet was to busy chasing her toddler around to do her actual job. Then after very loud discipline for a straight 5 minutes she took the toddler to changer her pull up.. (the whole place heard) then after returning NOT ONE TIME DID I SEE HER WASH HER HANDS.... we left promptly and I promise you we will NEVER RETURN to that location. It is a restaurant not a daycare...
