Kfc

Called in an order so we didn't have to wait outside for 15 minutes like every other time. Literally the slowest place to order from in the area. Every time you pass the place there are 5-6 cars outside waiting for their food. We called in an order so we wouldn't have to wait. They told us 30 minutes... After 30 minutes they refused to hand us our bag and told us we had to come inside. ??? We park, go inside, pay for our stuff and the woman turns around and starts doing something else. A few minutes pass before the woman turns around and points to a shelf and says our food is over there. Why are the staff so rude there? Corporate needs to get in there and line that place out. Their pitiful effort at customer service makes me wonder what other parts of their jobs they are barely doing. Is the food even safe to eat from there?

Every single time I come through I end up waiting in the parking lot for half an hour. It's like they don't do any food prep. Or just don't care. There were people outside smoking while several cars were parked waiting on food. Hopefully they get better management, pretty sure the manager is who I saw smoking outside during the chaos

Waited for 15 minutes in the lobby to have my order taken or be spoken to (with only one other person in front of me) - only to discover that the impossible nuggets have already been discontinued :( that's obviously not this locations fault but had I been spoken to sooner I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting there for nothing.
