We visited here on a road trip stop between Georgia and Michigan. Ordered the aloo chat appetizer and chicken biryani entree. Amazing! Very flavorful and colorful. Our server was friendly and prompt. I hope we have the opportunity to come back sometime!

Tried the Butter Chicken (Medium Spicy) today for the first time and was BLOWN AWAY, also had the AMAZING Garlic Naan! The Butter Chicken has become a new favorite! The Chicken was tender and cooked in a DELICIOUS rich and velvety Tomato and Butter sauce. The Medium Spicy level had a NICE kick to it enhancing the dish for me!! The Garlic Naan was AMAZING as susal!! Perfectly baked with the right amount of Garlic and Cilanto to give it that SUPER YUMMY taste!! One word to describe my meal is PERFECTION!! Can't wait to go back and try something else!

We visited Charleston from Pittsburgh, and even though Pittsburgh has many Indian restaurants, we thought this was better than just about all of them. The service was fantastic, our server was attentive and food arrived quickly. There was hardly anyone eating there (most people got takeout). Everything we got was Indian spicy level. Chili chicken: spicy, sweet, very flavorful. Chicken korma - very creamy, spicy, and the chicken was so tender. Mango chicken - sweet, spicy. You could taste the fresh mango in it. Mango chutney and yogurt sides - perfect soothing sides with the curries Strawberry lassi - never seen this before. It was delicious. Tasted like fresh strawberries Garlic naan - delicious, tasted homemade We may come back to Charleston just for this!!

Our first time here since the pandemic. My first impression when the food arrived was that they were skimping on the meat but the presentation was a little deceptive. It just looks that way because there is A LOT of sauce. There was enough food and more. We were stuffed and still had some left over. The flavors were spot-on. Chicken was tender and the sauces were perfect with the rice and the naan. Fish was slightly overcooked but still delicious.

Used to be a good place, however, there seems to always be an issue the past several times I have attempted to order. Seems like they can never answer the phone, or they don't want to. My last order was online because no one would answer the phone, yet they were able to call me back to let me know they "were out" of what I had ordered online. I was offered no recourse or alternative. I was still charged for the order, and was told I had to try to figure out myself how to cancel the order. After some time and investigation, I was able to reach whom I assume is the owner, and was told I would be getting a refund "in 3 to 5 business days". So I'm out 30 bucks, and about a half an hour of my time without anything to eat. So much for trying to get a meal at work. I had tried to call the order in, but like I said, no one answers the phone 🤷.

Good place to try different Indian Nepali foods sometimes. But I didnt like much. Its does not have typical taste like back in country. More of American version of Indian food. Good for health though. But its better than other Indian ones in town.

While visiting Charleston , West Virginia we decided to try Nawab for Indian food. We found the restaurant to be clean and nicely furnished. The service is nice and friendly, with wonderful Indian dishes, spiced from "Mild to Indian Hot" ... they can make it just right for you ! We shared the Tikki Masala, garlic naan, and the Balsmatic rice. The portions were just right, spiced just right for Indian cuisine. We found the prices to be very reasonable, and they offer a great bar with both beers and wines to choose from. When in Charleston, enjoy Nawab Indian 👍
