Firehouse Subs

I've only been to firehouse subs a few times in my life, but this location is hands down my favorite. The store was clean & the atmosphere was friendly. Amazing staff, especially Ronnie (not sure I spelled that correctly) but she was TOP TIER in my book! Thanks for the wonderful experience, keep up the good work!

So, I ordered here with my mobile app the day before with the intention of my coworker picking up my food. He forgot it and by the time he had gotten back, it was almost closing time. They wouldn't answer the phone for me to tell them I was on the way. I didn't get my sandwich. I used the contact feature they have on their website to email the store. They called me back first thing the next day and told me that they would make me my order at no charge for my meal tonight. I went in, and they were understanding and made things right. Plus the staff is super friendly. Keep up the good work

Nice spot for outdoor dining! The courtyard vibe is splendid; plenty of seating under the shade of a majestic old oak tree. I adored the lowcountry breeze as it pushed through the Spanish moss. The avenue out front can be a bit noisy at times but for a quick moment of refreshments and escape, this sandwich shop is worth it.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Order on the app once every other week and Russell and his team make the experience amazing! Aside from the orders always being right (delicious) and ready on time, you walk away feeling good solely due to the courtesy and happy customer service they consistently deliver.

The subs we ordered were outstanding and we sat outside in their patio area which was lovely, you definitely don’t feel like you’re in North Charleston as you relax under the hug Oak tree. I gave 4 stars simply because, and to no fault if the manager, took a very long time to place my order and make it. They have signs on the windows that they’re short staffed.
