I've only been to firehouse subs a few times in my life, but this location is hands down my favorite. The store was clean & the atmosphere was friendly. Amazing staff, especially Ronnie (not sure I spelled that correctly) but she was TOP TIER in my book! Thanks for the wonderful experience, keep up the good work!
Locked my keys/phone in my car with it running. These guys were great. They let me use the phone and helped make the stressful situation a little easier. The food was excellent as well.

Business was clean, staff was efficient, and the subs were delicious. We would definitely come back again.
So, I ordered here with my mobile app the day before with the intention of my coworker picking up my food. He forgot it and by the time he had gotten back, it was almost closing time. They wouldn't answer the phone for me to tell them I was on the way. I didn't get my sandwich. I used the contact feature they have on their website to email the store. They called me back first thing the next day and told me that they would make me my order at no charge for my meal tonight. I went in, and they were understanding and made things right. Plus the staff is super friendly. Keep up the good work
Anyone who has ever had a Firehouse Sub know that their subs are awesome! Russell the owner of this Firehouse Sub Station, is a great guy, he is personable and welcoming, late afternoon when things slow down, he walks around and greet all of his patrons. Super nice guy,
I highly recommend Firehouse Subs on West Montague Avenue North Charleston South Carolina. Have no problem getting this restaurant of five star!
It was good, but if you want a large cup of water, they charge you like you getting a soda or tea. All they got to do is check to show its water.
Subs and Mac are great. I’ve stayed away from the salads since I’ve seen bad reviews about them

Clean, great food, friendly service!
OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it's Firehouse so it's not a big New York deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I've only been in there a few times. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I'll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse location is really that awesome!
