Food is good but service is inconsistent. My 3 kids and I went through the drive-thru at 5pm on a Tuesday evening. It was busy, so we spent 30 minutes in line to get our food, and when our order arrived, it was partially incorrect. It wasn't a huge deal, they just got the sides wrong and left out the salad dressing. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was happy to get out of there so I did not bother trying to correct the issue.
Hearts in the right place! Perhaps the mobile line should be restored back to it's original design...they could use the bypass lane for mobile orders. That being said,it's still in the forefront for the best service in town!
It’s the holiest of chicken that you may not partake in on Sunday’s. But 6 days a week, it’s delicious

Pickup line was long and slow. As we drove to pickup area we were told to pull forward a d wait as our order was not ready.

Every time I’m in this location there’s one SUPER STAR… his name is JACOB one of the supervisor/Mgrs !!!! He always makes sure I’m taken care of fast and friendly. He motivates others to succeed in there job as he performs his duties top notch !!! He deserves recognition and praise from his boss… I would hire him in a heart beat. In a time when fast food employees are subject to many Karen’s out there and short staffed he seems to find a way to make it happen. Thanks JACOB for making my visits to this location always a pleasant one.
We opted for the drive through. The poor teenagers have to brave the cold standing outside to take our order. They are very efficient. The sandwiches are hot and tasty. We certainly will return.
I mean we all know what to expect when going to get some of the lords chicken 👌🏻. Staff are always polite and fast as always. Kinda blows my mind how they managed to make the drive through experience so much faster than it ever has been, anywhere.
