The restaurant was very nice. Overall, the food was good, but not outstanding. 6 people went. Started with drinks- they were very good. See photos for descriptions. We ordered 3 appetizers. The calamari was tasty. VERY thick batter and fried hard. The Burrata and tomato salad was good. The flatbread was ok. Most of us ordered Salmon for dinner. Some were cooked a little more or a little less, so we switched with each other for the rareness we wanted. It was just ok. The service was very good and the view and atmosphere were excellent.

We had a great time, the atmosphere was it really nice and I could have seen us hanging out there for a while however they did not stay open past a certain time during the week and we literally got kicked out of the patio. They were very adamant very strict and started tearing things down. Taking out cushions all around us. Clearly making a point to get out. We felt a little out of place by some of the comments that the staff made, but I think they were just ready to be done for the evening. Our drinks were great, no complaints there. They did not allow us to separate any of our checks, however, which we thought was strange being that it was just bar service at that time. I think this was a personal choice on the bartender... Would be interested to know if it would happen again at a different time of day!

In Charleston this weekend and wanted a rooftop experience. Unfortunately it was overcast and rainy this weekend. We still decided to try Eleve Rooftop Lounge in the Bohemian Hotel. For a drink I tried to Low Country Lush. Pretty tasty. We ate light trying the Raspberry tart and fresh fruit, granola and yogurt. Both were very good. The inside is beautiful and the outside is small but very nice. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Eleve is just a lovely experience all around. From the absolutely charming atmosphere, to the delicious food, to the helpful service, your experience at Eleve will be a welcome one. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to spend some time. The dining room is elegant. Waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. They are short-staffed, and food took over an hour to get to us on an unbusy weeknight, so that was frustrating. They did comp some of our meal. Food wise, the soft shell crab appetizer was excellent. The fish dishes and burgers were great, as was the salad. Chocolate mousse was decadent! Besides the long wait, we had a very nice time and will go back.

The rooftop was closed due to the rain, but the inside was just a great. The lighting and vibe was really cool. The desserts were so good! The whipped cream on the chocolate mousse was so fizzy and unique, we were trying to figure out what the secret was. The salted caramel cheesecake was quite heavy but was delicious. This is a great place to grab a drink and have dessert with friends.

I LOVE this place! I’m always happy for a rooftop experience and the design of the entire place was beautiful! My friends and I sat outside and relaxed while we continued our bachelorette celebration. Our server was absolutely fantastic and I wish I could remember her name. She was so kind and helpful the entire time and we all really appreciated her! The food was BOMB, came out in a timely manner and the whole experience was just flawless. Thank you so much! We hope to visit again soon!
