Had a friend bring your donuts home and I got to try the mascarpone and berries donut. And let me say, I've never felt compelled to review sweets until I ate this. This had to have been one of the best donuts I've ever eaten. Every flavor complimented the other in such a way that wasn't overpowering. The glaze, cream and berries were all just enough together. My tastebuds were singing. You've obviously found the happy medium and magical touch and I hope to come experience it in person one day.
I came to Glazed a couple of months ago. I got a Mexican mocha frappe, and it was so good! I came back today, and the one they made me was a little spicy for my tastes. They remade the drink for me and gave me a free donut. This place is awesome, and the people are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for any of your local donut/coffee needs.

Great donuts! There were delicious and fluffy. We went with my partner for breakfast and it was a good option to eat something sweat. The place is very fun.

We went to see the Beth Hart concert in early May and walked all throughout Charleston. Could not pass up this place! We went in and ordered five donuts the gentleman gave us an extra one for free. Oh my god can I just tell you absolutely fabulous! I’ve had donuts from New York to New Jersey to North Carolina and Florida. My favorite? Lemon poppyseed was LEMONY!! (LOVED IT!!) loved the Keylime! The texture, the mix of flavors, the quality and portions were just fabulous. Really enjoyed the bacon doughnut and the Apple bacon fritter. If you’re in Charleston? Stop in and give them a try you will NOT be disappointed.
The donuts and coffees are incredible! This adorable little donut shop is a must! We came through here on a holiday weekend so it was a little crowded, there is limiting seating - so we just ordered and left. I wish we would’ve been in the area longer instead of just passing through because I’ve been craving their donuts and coffee every morning since. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The shop was very clean and just smelled delicious!
The shop itself had an odd odor upon entering that made us consider walking back out. The donuts looked tasty, so we went ahead and ordered two to eat inside and escape the heat. The donuts were delicious, but the table was wobbly. I'd go again, but more likely take out for atmosphere reasons. (We also were not given a tray or plate of any sort, just one wrapper with both donuts on it. It made it haphazard to carry to the table, along with our drink.)
Gourmet doughnuts are always tricky business because they tend to come with a steep(er) price point for what you're getting. That said, I enjoyed the two donuts I had here. I got a classic glazed and chocolate icing with sprinkles donuts ($2.75) . Both tasted good. I enjoy supporting a women-owned business and definitely would like to try some of the more fun options on a future visit.
This may in fact be one of the most epic donut shops I’ve ever been to. The flavors are amazing and the staff is super friendly. The location doesn’t get much better as you’re right downtown Charleston. Come here to explore your sweet tooth and enjoy everything that Glazed Gourmet Donuts has to offer!

Ordered three doughnuts. The Lemon Old Fashioned and Dark Chocolate Bavarian were decent enough while the Blueberry Pancake doughnut was a home run!
The staff was very kind and helpful during the ordering process. All three doughnuts were fresh.
The donuts here are so elevated; just in another realm. My husband and I had five (5): raspberry, maple bacon, key lime pie, berry almond crumble and an orange cream cheese "cinnamon" roll (yes, we took several halfs back to our hotel for another day!). They were all outstanding, confirming our experience from 4 years ago when my husband declared: "this is the finest donut shop on the planet...by far"
