So the men's bathroom here was nasty. Like need to blast those toilet hinges with Clorox nasty.
But I had to give this place 5 stars because not only was all of our food delicious (family of 6), but the service here was outstanding. Our waitress, Gina, was really great. Friendly, fast, and really on top of everything despite the place being packed on a Thursday evening. Hopefully the owner sees this review and gives her a big raise because she deserves it.

I used to work for this place. The managers I had WERE great don't get me wrong. But the cooks lick their fingers while touching/cooking food. Sometimes they drop food and re-fry it or throw it on grille. If your order is wrong or if your food is cold they the microwave it wait a few minutes and send the food back out. They don't clean properly if the dishes are dirty they just wipe them down with a cloth rather than we throw them in the dishwasher. Some of the servers and Fountain chick's are rude and disrespectful at times. I honestly would not recommend going to eat there anymore. They even put their feet up where the food sits under the Heat... nasty!

Awesome experience!! The manager Matt helped my party of ten find two tables near each other. Our servers - Ellie and Jess - had a “rivalry” between our two tables to see who could serve our party better. Both servers were fantastic - Team Ellie all the way though!! Matt checked in on us and was super attentive at all times. We tipped them well. Definitely a great place to stop.

I was passing through Auburn, MA earlier today. I was hungry, and Siri kindly suggested a couple of nearby spots. I hadn't been to a Friendly's in ages and so I chose that option. It was lunchtime, and the place was packed. When we were at our table and looking at the menus, a server came by to ask if we had been helped. We had not - though we hadn't been waiting long - so the server, Matt, asked if we were ready to order. Matt was a hoot. Our order was simple, and Matt took no notes. I commented on that, and he laughed and said he could remember it. He did. And the food came quickly. In short, Matt made a routine lunch stop into a pleasant break in an exhausting day. Great example of excellent customer service. I actually felt as if I was personally disappointing him by not ordering desert (we had an appointment). I told him I would definitely write a review, so here it is.

Food has been usually excellent. However, im unsure if this is due to new staff of something, but the last few times, we tried to order online, and picked it up at the exact time given. food was incredibly wet and soggy with grease,, ice cream was contaminated with other flavors, not to mention poorer quality than usual (gross sour flavor, not cleaning scoops?) I have been going here for twenty years. Probably won’t be coming back, sorry.

Ordered ice cream through Friendly's app. Of the 3 dishes of ice cream I ordered, only 2 got delivered. I tried to call the store, but no answer. I drove down to the store, as this is not the first time my order has been messed up. When I asked for the sundae I was missing, the lady told me that they were out of the ice cream I had wanted and just went about her business. There had been no attempt by the store to contact me to let me know that BEFORE the delivery driver had showed up to pick up my order. There was also no attempt made by the employee I spoke to to remedy the situation. I asked to speak to a manager and requested a refund. Won't be ordering food from this place again. They were content on charging me for the ice cream I did not get and wouldn't have rectified it had I not driven to the store.

only rating 2 stars because of our lovely waitress. Manager was very rude, we could hear her talking down to her staff and made it a very unpleasant dinner. If you cant appreciate your staff, then quit. Food was good, same with the ice cream!

Remember why I don't go to this location, horrible service, waitresses are rude, no update. Told food be ready in 21 min, 40 min later still not ready. Definitely do not feel like an appreciated customer here at all. Don't waste your time.
