The experience we had there started off okay. It took forever for a table to be cleaned off, but we figured it was just because they were busy. We finally sat done and the service was good and so was our food. However, when we went to checkout, it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the register and our server was leaning against the counter facetiming. After someone finally came to check us out, they charged us double the amount. They had to get a manager which took forever. When the manager finally came over, he had the worst attitude. I DO NOT recommend this waffle house.

Horrible service!! We went in at 6:10am were told we couldn't sit down till 7am even an the huge sign in the window stated sit down dining wasat 6 am..... I was embarrassed when the server was yelling an talking down to me. Will never go back to the one on south College st ever again!!! 😡😡

Went in there with my 6 year old this morning. Waitress had her mask over her mouth only. She preceded to lean completely onto our table so she could "think about how to get our order right." I asked her to back up because she was too close to our faces. She was about 1 foot away. She got up and told another waitress to wait on us. And told me that she had a mask on. We left. If Covid is spread through the air, do you mostly breathe out of your nose or your mouth? Covering only your mouth does nothing to stop the spread! AND you should not get in anyone's face with or without a mask on.
