Fun gourmet/ farm fresh shop with a good restaurant. The chicken pot pie was tasty. The pasty was good (but needed a side of gravy. The curly fries were the bomb. The regular fries were regular, the sweet potato fries were under cooked. The milk shakes were off the hook!

OMG if you haven’t had pie here you are missing out. They are famous for all kinds of homemade pies. Lots and lots of pie to choose from. If you want a meal, they can hook you up as well. Delicious burgers and pot pies and all the things for a decent lunch or dinner. Breakfast burritos are incredibly huge and fantastic!

Ikeda's is a great place to go for specialty food products or for lunch on a sunny day. The food is high quality, and the service is excellent. The reason I give Ikeda's four rather than five stars is that the prices a REALLY high. It seems they are catering primarily to well-heeled Bay Area residents traveling to Lake Tahoe. Ten years ago, I'd go to Ikeda's about twice a month; now I go about twice a year to get pies for special occasions.

Ikeda's may not be the cheapest store around, but when it comes to quality, they are truly top-notch. The selection of pies at Ikeda's is unparalleled – some of the best I've ever tasted. Additionally, the store offers a variety of healthy whole foods, emphasizing their commitment to quality ingredients. While the restaurant on the side boasts good selections, it didn't quite reach the same level of excellence as the store. However, the overall experience at Ikeda's is nothing short of delightful. The investment in high-quality products is evident, making it a worthwhile stop for those who appreciate premium offerings. For those with a sweet tooth, Ikeda's is a haven. The sweet treats available are not only delectable but also crafted with a level of care that sets them apart. Beyond edibles, Ikeda's is also a fantastic spot for unique gifts, adding an extra layer of charm to the overall shopping experience. In conclusion, Ikeda's is a haven for quality finds, whether you're indulging in their exquisite pies, exploring healthy whole foods, or searching for unique gifts. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the investment in top-notch products and the array of sweet treats make it a must-visit destination.

Ikedas is great! I always get their pies around the holidays. A staple in Auburn. Located right off Hwy 80 it is very convenient if you are in town or passing through. Great burgers and shakes too. The building looks cool too! I would highly recommend stopping by for their food and market.

Loved the store, the marionberry milkshake was the best milkshake I've ever had. Brought a chicken pot pie home and it was better than my mom's who was a great cook. Sweet potato fries were a little more done than I prefer. Will definitely be going back.

Great pies and nice staff. A little pricy but very cool place. Always come here on our way up to Tahoe to grab a pie and a burger. Have been going here for years and will keep coming for a long time. Would recommend!

If you know you know. This is such a great place for amazing food!!! The market has a great selection of local fresh food as well as some more exotic and hard to find delicacies. You can always find a great selection of burgers, sandwiches and fresh pies inside. This is a must to stop at whenever we're headed over the hill, wouldn't miss it!!
