Ate here on a whim. Burger was good, but a little cold. Fries were decent. Great root beer & service. Prices were fairly high for what you get.
Absolutely love this place! The server was the nicest guy ever. Very ontop of things. Drinks came to us with no flavor and he had no problem bringing us different drinks and when they fixed the other drinks we originally wanted he brought us them also no extra charge! Price was not to bad at all. Food was very good. And they make cute things with ketchup in a bowl (pictured below)
GIA was a great waitress and the food was delicious. Got the route 66 burger and onion rings..perfect!!!
My family and I visited last night between 7:15-8:15pm. It was my first visit and years since my wife ate here. The food was good and the service was great. Not many customers there, likely due to the time of year. The mall was rather slow, which I kind of liked for a change. I ordered their chicken club sandwich, wife at a chili dog, daughter had a hotdog meal & my son ate a burger meal. We ordered kid shakes and a malt to share too. Everything was good. Allie did well serving us too! I would recommend. I forgot to take pics as I was so hungry at the time all I could focus on was getting my grub on! Thanks for reading!
Stopped by for lunch while shopping in mall on a recent Saturday. No tables available so my mom and I sat at counter and had a great experience! Server was super friendly and attentive, and food was very fresh. Fries were crispy and hot, bread for sandwiches was toasted and warm, and everything was prepared as ordered. Always enjoy coming here- thanks for another enjoyable dining experience!
We were on our way to a movie and stopped in for a quick bite. The waitstaff knew that we were on a time frame and accommodated us beautifully. The chili cheese fries were hot, cheesy, and scrumptious. My Chocolate malt could have been mixed better.
It had been a while since I visited Johnny Rockets as my previous couple of visits fell short of expectations.
Although improved, there were still a couple of minor things.
Our server seemed a bit absent minded, likely because we decided to come in just before closing. I feel like we could have had a bit more if her attention.
Second, the food, while better than the last time, is EXTREMELY greasy. I mean, it's bad even for fast food.
If these couple of minor issues can be addressed, it'd be a five start visit.
I have been a regular visitor here since Cottonwood Mall opened. I've gone here many times over the years. Very good food for this type of Diner restaurant and usually the service is great. They've fixed things for me when it has not been good. Free refills on soda. Sometimes refills on salad/fries - check the menu. Better alternative than the food court.
There chilly fries are so delicious but there smoothies could be better
Waitstaff is amazing! We got our food in a very timely manner and received great service with a smile. The burgers were delicious and shakes were great. Highly recommend!
