Absolutely love this place! The server was the nicest guy ever. Very ontop of things. Drinks came to us with no flavor and he had no problem bringing us different drinks and when they fixed the other drinks we originally wanted he brought us them also no extra charge! Price was not to bad at all. Food was very good. And they make cute things with ketchup in a bowl (pictured below)

My family and I visited last night between 7:15-8:15pm. It was my first visit and years since my wife ate here. The food was good and the service was great. Not many customers there, likely due to the time of year. The mall was rather slow, which I kind of liked for a change. I ordered their chicken club sandwich, wife at a chili dog, daughter had a hotdog meal & my son ate a burger meal. We ordered kid shakes and a malt to share too. Everything was good. Allie did well serving us too! I would recommend. I forgot to take pics as I was so hungry at the time all I could focus on was getting my grub on! Thanks for reading!

Stopped by for lunch while shopping in mall on a recent Saturday. No tables available so my mom and I sat at counter and had a great experience! Server was super friendly and attentive, and food was very fresh. Fries were crispy and hot, bread for sandwiches was toasted and warm, and everything was prepared as ordered. Always enjoy coming here- thanks for another enjoyable dining experience!

We were on our way to a movie and stopped in for a quick bite. The waitstaff knew that we were on a time frame and accommodated us beautifully. The chili cheese fries were hot, cheesy, and scrumptious. My Chocolate malt could have been mixed better.

It had been a while since I visited Johnny Rockets as my previous couple of visits fell short of expectations.
Although improved, there were still a couple of minor things.
Our server seemed a bit absent minded, likely because we decided to come in just before closing. I feel like we could have had a bit more if her attention.
Second, the food, while better than the last time, is EXTREMELY greasy. I mean, it's bad even for fast food.
If these couple of minor issues can be addressed, it'd be a five start visit.

I have been a regular visitor here since Cottonwood Mall opened. I've gone here many times over the years. Very good food for this type of Diner restaurant and usually the service is great. They've fixed things for me when it has not been good. Free refills on soda. Sometimes refills on salad/fries - check the menu. Better alternative than the food court.

Waitstaff is amazing! We got our food in a very timely manner and received great service with a smile. The burgers were delicious and shakes were great. Highly recommend!

I come here more.of ten than I should...considering it's burgers. But I come back for the delicious food and good people. The cooks are well trained, the food is delicious and if a mistake is made it gets fixed. While they lose a star for the occasional lapse in quality, it gets a solid four due to the fun atmosphere, tasty food, and consistent service.

I went in for a hamburger a few weeks ago to while meeting a friend. My server was Gia and She is one of the best I have encountered in a long time. I was hurt in an accident some time back and needed a hand getting up. She helped me even though she had bad back issues. Gia checked on us regularly and spoke with us making my first visit to Johnny Rockets quite exceptional.

The service and food was excellent!!! Jordan, the GM talked to everyone in restaurant to make sure everything was going great.. and he was helping his staff on the floor and grill.. it was so nice to finally have great customer service at a restaurant again!! WE WILL BE BACK!! AND THEY DANCE ! Lol

A really great diner with great service. It's been around for a long while and honestly it's great to sit down and eat by yourself, with friends or family and even with kids! Great menu and of course awesome shakes!!!

The food is absolutely wonderful... The staff is awesome and friendly... VERY CLEAN, FUN ATMOSPHERE, AND THE GENERAL MANAGER JORDAN WAS EXTREMELY NICE, WALKED AROUND TO ALL THE TABLES AND CHECKED ON EVERYONE, AND HELPED HIS STAFF IN ALL AREAS OF THE RESTAURANT ... i.e. cooking, serving, bussing tables, and dancing, which was really cool... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
