Would you like to be treated like trash? If yes, then it is the perfect place for you! This restaurant is not familiar with the term "customer service" in 2020.If I could rate at the negative stars, I certainly would. The drive through operator kept ignoring my car and taking orders from the other lane to the point that there was a line behind me. After saying that I had a mobile order and repeating my name twice ( the operator had difficulties understanding information I gave her) I was directed to the first window. When I got to the window, showed my app and that there was a blank spot instead of the code, due to the apps glitch, but was able to pull out the details of the order, including submission to that location, order's content, amount charged and my name, as well as repeating my name for the third time , the drive- through operator called the manager and told him that I had no code or name. So I have showed the app to the manager and repeated my name for the fourth time. Manager said that he doesn't see my order and asked if my name is Scott. It's not. At this point I have repeated my name 4 times. After I said that would be canceling the order and leave a review the manager started very aggressively saying to me good bye. This is truly my worst experience in customers service. Not only the drive -through operator was absolutely incapable of any information perception, but also, for the first time in my life I saw an aggressive manager at a fast food restaurant. To sum it up, this is a terrible location under very questionable management. If you want to be treated like trash, then definitely go there. If not, there is plenty of other options, like Bojangles across the road or Taco Bell up the 92!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I was hungry on my way home and went into there drive thru. I ordered a burger and some food for my brother. I payed and then drove 25 minutes home. When I looked in the bag, no burger and only half of my brothers food. Whoever was working at 9pm on Feb 12th riped me off and now I'm going to bed hungry.

The staff is super nice, all the front of the house people are great. Attentive, nice, and quick. The food however, is a miss. IT may have been a bad supply day at the McD because the big mac i ordered (light sauce )had a quarter pounder patty on it, EXTRA sauce and no onion. The chicken sandwich I ordered (no tomato) had extra tomato, no mayo, a few pieces of lettuce and both sandwiches were cold. AGAIN, I enjoy this McDonalds the people are nice and the service is quick, this day must have been the C squad in the kitchen though.

Terrible. Ordered Egg/Cheese muffin, hash brown, large Coke. At speaker, associate continually asked "so, an Egg McMuffin?" I continually responded, "no, it's an Egg McMuffin w/no ham". Was given conflicting totals at speaker and window. No receipt. Given my Coke (no straw), and was told to pull forward and wait. Five minutes later, associate walks out and gives me a bag with an Egg McMuffin in it. Not an egg/cheese muffin. No napkins. No straw. No hash browns. Associate seemed aggregated that I politely pointed out the missing items. I wish I could give them ZERO stars, because that's what they deserve. 👎👎👎
