Schlotzsky's

The food was absolutely delicious!! The Original never disappoints!! The staff needs training in the area of customer service. They seemed to be “bothered” by having to wait on people. Because I can get my food to-go, and not have to watch the staff be inconvenienced by the patrons, I will continue to order from here and enjoy my lunch in my office.

I love Schlotzsky's! This is a particularly good location, too. Fresh food, friendly staff; I've never been disappointed here. Also, I popped in right before close a few weeks ago, & as I work in food service I know how it can sometimes be somewhat annoying to get a customer at the very last minute. The staff here, however, was just as nice & friendly as always and my sandwich was perfect. Thank you guys for being awesome! Keep it up!!

Myself and a co-worker stopped in to get a sandwich today. We ordered separately and stepped aside to wait. While we waited another gentleman walked out the side door to wait for his food. The owner or manager lady walked up looking very angry, stuck her head out the door and in a very rude tone said “Sir, I’d appreciate it if you would use the other Door, this one is broken!” Well put a sign on the door then! It took about 10 minutes to get my food, I waited with my buddy for another 10 minutes and still nothing for him... Everyone that had come after us had gotten their food... He finally asked where his food was and I was shock when instead of apologizing for the mistake she scolded him for being impatient and rude and ended up threatening to call the police on him! After 30 minutes we were finally able to go eat our lunch... Just in time for it to be over... I usually eat here once a week but today was the last day...
