This location was neat they had a train going around the top inside the restaurant. The food was good as expected but was out of whip cream and sweet tea we are in the south how in the world. We had a good time, service was excellent on top of it the whole time. I would recommend calling in and doing 30 minutes check in but you can not be late at all or you lose your spot. It was well worth the call sat down within minutes of arrival.

Very cute J. Christopher's location. Spacious and clean. Just love the sweet model train they have running overhead. Staff was very helpful and nice. Our server, Debra was super --helped us decide from their big menu. Would definitely go again.

Service was great. Very cool aesthetic to the place. Love the location on downtown Woodstock. Very happening area. Decent sized menu. Really liked that they had a bunch of diet options for people on various eating plans etc.
I had an omelette. It was terrific. My wife had the skillet. It was amazing. The food was top notch. We will definitely be back.
GPS might take you down Main St. It's on the little street next to Ace Hardware in the middle of downtown Woodstock.

Food was good, service was OK. But they split the tip from the food bill and charged it separately on my credit card. And then a couple of days later, they charge the tip again. It was only five dollars and so I probably will not pursue it, but it is aggravating.
Edited review: The charge on my credit card for the extra five dollars was removed. Not sure why their credit card procedures are the way they are, it is a bit confusing. The entire charge to show up as one charge, notice to individual charges.

If you like places that promote local artists while offering a substantial breakfast menu this place is for you. With an industrial vibe that becomes even more charming when a train traverses above your head throughout the dining room, adults and kids feel right at home. Admittedly, the food could use some improvement between broken hollandaise sauce and dried out potatoes. Their saving grace was an amazing bowl of smoked cheddar grits.

Chose this place for Friday breakfast and it made my day. At 10 am it was a little bit crowded, so we waited for about 20 min. The food was good, and I enjoyed the variety of options: salads, pancakes, sandwiches, skillets, etc. Coffee was better than I had excepted. Big plus. The train that was constantly going under the ceiling was such an entertaining touch.

The location is great, the environment is fun, and the staff is fantastic. I had one of the best experiences ever dining here due to a fellow veteran staff member. However, the food is, disappointing at best.
