Buffalo Wild Wings

had the best time ever, love this place with my whole heart, wonderful server, found out my waitress was an Aries so you can’t go wrong there. The food was superb and the perfect portion. The host told me i looked like charlie puth, who is an attractive singer, and that made me feel very welcomed. Somebody tell the owner of this place to give all of the staff a raise, they truly all did an incredible job!

This place is horrible they messed up my order 2 times and when I called back 2 times I was put on hold both times for over 10 mins and still didn’t get to speak to manager. They gave me burnt boneless I think chicken ( what supposed to be traditional) and second picture is 3 wings that were supposed to be Garlic Parm but have no sauce! I spoke to a kid name John both times and got no where! They have lost a faithful customer!!

I used to order on my phone then came to the store to take out. But this past Saturday it showed the traditional wings were not available. What!? A wing business does not have wings! I thought it might be out of certain sauces I ordered. Then I tried multiple different selections of the sauces. Still no luck. I then went on my computer thinking it might be some problems with the app. No, it still showed traditional wings were not available. I was so craving for BWW that day. I finally decided to check out in store to see if they have wings or not. It turned out that they did short of wings so that they had to supply the wings to dine in only. Finally I had the wings. I was happy about the fact that the wings were still as tasty and tender as always. But I was disappointed that they did not have enough inventories for taking out.

We only come here once maybe twice a year and the reason is we like the wings but also we know without a shadow of a doubt that our order will be wrong EVERY.SINGLE.TIME like today our main dishes came before the appetizer and of course they were COLD. An hour goes by and we haven’t received anything 2 beers and 2 sodas after we are about to walk out but the second waitress that had to take over the first waitress( I don’t know what happened there ) is bending backwards to get us something to eat. We are used to the same lie, the kitchen is running behind or the kitchen is short staffed or the food was ready but no one took it to the table etc. How this place is in business is beyond me but now you know, cant say we didn’t warn you.

The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is one for our waitress and one for the manager... The food was all around terrible. I ordered the Pulled Brisket Sandwich and it was overcooked, dry abs incredibly spicy (yet it wasn't supposed to be!) My husband ordered the Brisket Burger... The burger was a hockey puck. It was very dry as well. It barely had anything for brisket on it. (See photo!) I ended up giving him some of mine to add to it... But of course my meat wasn't all that tasty My husband also ordered chicken tenders which looked delicious on the menu... When they came they were charred. The entirety of the chicken had black char marks and dark brown where it should have been golden. It was all so disappointing. All my dinner was difficult to eat. I wanted to go some place else top eat afterwards... I will say they need to stop sending waiters home on Friday nights
