I ordered a birthday cake from the bakery. I wanted flavors not on the website and no problem. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The baker came out and joined in singing happy birthday and took a few photos. I have always liked Heirloom but this was my first experience ordering from the bakery. What a find.

Delicious food and lattes. They also have a huge selection of seeds for growing and a produce section. They are constantly expanding and improving! They had a delicious pear cider donut with cardamom 😋🤤

This is such a sweet and cozy store in old weather’s field. Great for coffee and breakfast/brunch and also they have farmer’s market inside their store. I loved their Avocado sandwich.

I recently was in Heirloom to grab breakfast and I asked if they made cupcakes to order for my daughter's 6th birthday party. I've heard their pastry chef was wonderful. My daughter has dietary restrictions so finding someone who can make gluten free & vegan cupcakes that taste out of this world isn't easy, but Gena their pastry chef did! And color coordinated the frosting to the party decor naturally and without artificial flavoring🧁 Thank you Gena!!

I'm still in awe that I can peruse and select Baker Creek seeds in person. Cookies are massive! Beverages are delicious! Food always looks amazing but I've yet to try it. The murals here are stunning.

I may have a small addiction to the blueberry pancake donuts and the savory scones... While this place isn't cheap, the quality is fantastic for breakfast (e.g., coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches). That said, I've had mixed experiences with lunch. The price point doesn't seem as good for lunch sandwiches and the kitchen output speed plummets when it gets busy. Be prepared to wait if you go during peak times.

This is by far my favorite spot in CT. Not only is their food and baked goods delicious, but their service is top notch! After tragically losing my box of cookies and explained to them that I drove away with the box still on the hood of my car, they understandably replaced them for me! Thanks so much!
