Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a salad as take out and I wish I opened it before I left because who in their right mind serves a salad with less than 10 pieces of lettuce in it?! I literally had to dig through it to even find any bit of green. Imagine paying $10 for beans and cheese smh, this is why I like moes. Never again

I understand it's a Friday night and everyone wants to go home but I believe it does a huge disservice to the customers that come in for a late meal, an hour before closing. The chipotle crew decided to close early and clean out their stoves early, claiming they are out of certain things. I understand 15 minutes before closing but a whole hour should not compromise product availability and quality of service. Management, please take note.

Not a friendly establishment at all. Online orders are not processed in a timely manner and inventory is always low. You can place your online order 1-2 hrs in advance and the order is still not ready. 9/10 the order is also wrong and the blender is consistently out of commission. Therefore, NO sauces! Overall, bad service all around. Lastly, I have NEVER seen a manager on site. Maybe if a manager is present, the staff would be more professional and do their job with much more accuracy and proficiency.

I visit this Chipotle pretty often and I must say I don’t really have any complaints. 9/10 my order is perfect sometimes they swap stuff out when they run out but it’s no problem. The biggest program is the manager. I do not know his name but it’s a man who has a tattoo on his right forearm and wears glasses. He is very rude to his employees and he is exactly who you don’t want as a manager. Harassing his own employees and complaining they aren’t going fast enough while he is standing there doing absolutely nothing and offering no help. I have seen customers tell him that he is rude and shouldn’t be a manager.

This has got to be the worst chipolte there is. The staff is SO MISERABLE. They are so bothered the second you walk through the door and this location definitely has the worst food quality out of any of the chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. When I was in the guacamole was literally brown. BROWN…!!! How about instead of all that standing around on your phones employees take note of these kind of things. Chipolte needs to invest in some staff training because this is ridiculous.

Absolute worst Chipotle location ever. I've been a chipotle fanatic for years but since I moved back to Wethersfield I'm very disappointed in this location. Almost every time the order is wrong or something is missing, or I'm waiting 20 minutes after the promised pick up time. The bowl's are super inconsistent with portions. Today mine was cold and the chips were soggy and undercooked. Then I report a missing item in the app and they offered me free chips and guac which I redeemed only so they could forget the guac. Pathetic. Don't go to this chipotle.

It's sad to see a restaurant completely dirty from a rush of customers, but this wasn't due to that. We went to the restaurant on Wednesday, the 13th, around 8:30 PM. The restaurant was extremely dirty and two staff members were hanging around out back not helping the lone man at the counter or even to clean up. I've been to other Chipotles and the standard was not this. I'm not sure if there was even a manager on duty, by my gosh was it just terrible. We had our food in the car, because we couldn't stand to even eat inside. Extremely disappointed ☹️.
