I ordered a meal in the drive through and ended up receiving the wrong items, so I drove back in order to get it corrected. I was once again given the incorrect meal and could not wait 10 minutes to get the correct items made as I had work so I asked for a refund. The lady helping me was unsure of how to do the refunded and there were no managers there to help the staff, so the refund took longer then expected. Overall the staff seemed over stressed because their wasn’t a manager there to help them out. Lately, I have experience getting wrong items from the drive through to the point it’s not worth getting food at this location anymore.

1.Full of flies that will interrupt your infinite waiting & eating
2.The waiting for the order was like 20 min. it looks like my order was forgotten. I had to go the counter and wait again.
3.Slushy was spilled the lady that served
4.the food had to be collected from the counter rather than being served
5.The burgers appeared to be old and not fresh after all the waiting
Improvement is required in terms hygiene, customer service and product quality (because we are paying $$$)

My complaint probably lies with management. I realize it is difficult to get employees but they could at least be trained properly. My bill was $2.14 and I gave them 3 ones. The employee registered that I gave the correct change so then obviously had to try to make change herself without the aid of the cash register. I was given a dime — I looked at her and she asked if that was right and I replied that it wasn’t. She then gave me 30 cents more. I did tell her it still wasn’t correct but drove on. I don’t care about the 40 cents shorted it is just so frustrating that people can’t make change and are not trained well

Typical McDonald's food. Prices seem higher than usual for some items. Waits are normally fine, but it can get busy here.

The worst the burger was raw and we ordered three happy meals and no milks. The biggest thing is the burger was raw. And this is why we should not pay them $15/hr

Are you kidding me? Ordered a big Mac meal. How do you forget to place ANYTHING on the bun!? No meat, sauce or lettuce. I can't imagine a single scenario in which a normal human being who is not impaired in some manner would put two buns together, throw it in the box and call it good. Don't order from here.
