Super long wait at the drive up (20 mins)! Got to the window and the young gal said that they (2 girls) were both new. Shame on the franchisee or manager for scheduling 2 new people in the same shift. We got our blended coolers and they were not good at all. We won't be back........

Would have could have been 5 stars but the muffin had nuts and I asked for no cinnamon in my latte.

I asked for decaf and they gave screwed up the order and gave me something with caffeine. I have an allergy to caffeine and it makes me sick. This is the equivalent to poisoning me. I'm going to be sick all day now because of the inability to get a simple order right!

This place use to have such a good vibe!!! I loved coming in here with my kids and their friends, the atmosphere was great the workers were friendly. Now!!!! Nope!!! Not so much anymore this place has gone down hill quite a bit! The management that use to be here drove everyone good off, this manger use to talk bad about their employees to other employees and customers! Instead of punishing this person HR thought it would be a good idea to give them a promotion to work higher up in the company! Shame on you Waukee Hyvee!

Always a favorite! Never been to a had caribou and this one is no different! Staff is always super helpful and polite. Love the decor and welcoming feeling of the inside and option to sit outside as well.
