Honestly I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Have frequented here for years. Love the price and love BK in general but of the 30+ times I’m gone here nearly 75% of the time they’ve mess up my order. I’ve even reached out to the Manager to share some feedback. He was genuinely concerned and appreciated my feedback but unfortunately nothing has changed. Believe it or not I try to show as much grace as possible for any and all in the service industry as it hasn’t been easy the past couple years both for employees and employers. They don’t have it easy right now. Today, orders again from this location were messed up, 3 of the 5 items in the drive through. I even double checked the screen before driving ahead and it was correct. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to pass on this location and eat elsewhere. Love BK so will look to get food from other locations.

Nice new building. Has a kids indoor playground In an unusual move to any other BK I've been to, it has the ICEE machine next to the soda fountain for self-service. Nice. It also has a staff that seems to pay no attention whatsoever to the food they give you vs what you actually order. My receipt was right, my order wasn';t even close. My Whopper with no lettuce and tomato was delivered as a Whopper with cheese, no tomato, and no onion. My onion rings were fries. Pretty much everyone had similar issues. I'd attribute this to working the kinks out, but this is typical of all the BK's in the metro.

2/9/22 Went through the drive thru waited maybe 3-5 minutes, which I never mind waiting even longer as long as the food is nice and fresh.The food was great, nice and fresh, best little order that I’ve ever had at any BK. Been at the same location several times with my kids and the staff is always very professional and kind. #1 BK in the city for me.
