Burger King

It's not too often I get to have a good experience for a fast food joint. However this was a good visit that's memorable enough I wanted to give them a good shoutout. I was on a road trip on I84 on way back home to Boston. For some reason the other BK closer to Waterbury wasn't accepting their own BK online orders but I'm glad this one had no issues. I arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order and they were already ready for me. The staff was actually quite friendly and was nice enough to set up a tray for me to dine in. Although I have to say it was around a Monday afternoon so was very quiet as most of their traffic is through drive-through. I'd have to say their new chicken sandwich was better than I expected too.. really juicy and crispy on the outside and good thick chicken size too. Overall pretty happy with my visit and I'd recommend it to those passing by or just come in for occasional visit

Oh burger King, what happened to you?? I hate saying this, but I haven't been to a burger king in years, that's been good or even ok.. I remember when Burger King & McDonald's were equal & we would have to choose between the 2, now we just got to Mcdonald's or Wendy's or even Dairy Queen, but never BK anymore..

There's always SOMETHING missing from my order, whether it's fries or sauce for chicken nuggets, and just the other day they forgot a whole Bacon King and didn't realize until I got home. Honestly there ARE a few good employees, but most people I've dealt with have just been rude and were annoyed because I told them they forgot to give me something. The food it's usually good but I can't stand when my order is constantly missing items that I paid for.
