Dunkin'

I come every day for a coffee & bagel twist . Usually once I start saying my order they know who I am and how I want my order . Today the cashier heard how I wanted my coffee and without asking if I would like anything else she just gave me the price . Once I got to the window I ask who took my order young lady said it was her and gave me my coffee . I ask where’s the whip cream since I paid for it and she turns around and walks away BUT the usual order taker/ cashier by the name , Wanda , ask what happened and I expressed the rudeness and how I didn’t even finish my order . She was kind enough to fix my coffee and the bagel twist I wanted to order was courtesy of Dunkin’ . We need more people like Wanda she’s amazing. Thank you for your service

I use to work here but the pregnant manager got in my face and disrespected me. Anyway I came from another store and she treated me as if I was new to what I was doing. I left and they purposely mess up my orders, they hire people who don't wanna do anything or make anything right, they charged my card for more than one item when I specifically asked for one thing.
