Denny's

A year and a half ago, the place was terrible. Terrible food and terrible service. They definitely turned it around. The past two visit have been great food and service. I am a veteran, so I went for the free Veteran's Day build your own slam. They were packed. Yet, the servers kept a great attitude, were very attentive, and the kitchen crew produced delicious food in record time. Very impressive!

In all my years this is the worst restaurant I've ever seen. 1. Told them we are allergic to a certain ingredient but they added lots of it but replaced it later. 2. We waited for 1+ hours. 3. Surrounding tables were not cleaned for the entire time we were there. 4. Menus were sticky. 5. Given plates were not clean. 6. Cracked beverage cups. 7. Waitress and the cook had a loud fight in front of the customers. Can't believe how many things were bad in one visit. I have visited many Denny's and they were perfect. This specific restaurant is the worst. Maybe due to poor management???

Please open it back up. I’ll even help!!! Every time I went there, I loved it!!! My waitress and waiters were absolutely amazing. My bf and I used to go there all the time! We got outstanding service, everyone deserves like a million dollar tip. However, I never tipped them that much, because I can’t afford to. But if I could, I would!!!

It was terrible. The waiter didn't have a clue Took our order, repeated it at least 3 times. Wrote it down,. Simple, Mac an cheese for an almost ,2 year old,. And brought a cheeseburger. Trying to be nice, when I had to ask for stuff, only to have to wait. Wouldn't have been to bad but I ended up with cold food. I'm sorry this is so long, but I will never go back to this Denny's. Good luck if you choose to try it.

This is my favorite Denny's location. It's clean, the staff are friendly and the food is good. Tonight was the first try at take out and I would order take out again. When they brought the food out the waitress let me know all the extras in the bag and asked if I needed anything else. Food was good as usual. Everything I ordered. First time trying pancake puppies too. They're good but they don't need a dip.

One of the worst dining experiences since eating at Friendly's in 2011. We were told to pick our own spot, never led by a staff member. We then had to find our own waitress to serve us, and then wait until 2-3 tables were served ahead of us after they came after we did. Drinks tasted moldy, food wasn't really hot. Disappointed.

Last month my late night order was botched badly. I filed a complaint with the manager and she was incredible about righting the situation. The food this time around is delicious and the level of kindness and hospitality I have received at this Denny' s location will not be forgotten. They have earned themselves a family of customers!
