The plates in the pictures speak for themselves, as they were stained and wet so we had to use our napkins to clean it up. My family of four won't come back for the absolute derivative of Pathan/Afghan food, I should know as I am one of them. There's also the problem of the service charge, an unmentioned 10% addition to our bill where the only service was the food given to us from the kitchen to our table, which should just be a regular part of the treatment of customers. We even had to get our drinks ourselves. Not to mention we gave them a generous tip before the service charge. As I am writing this review, my original thoughts were to give this place two stars. However, my recollection of our experience at Hasna's showed me otherwise.

Wow. THE best afghani salad I’ve had in CT and NY, period. Great place. Worth pulling off I84 for! I plan my trips that way

I am absolutely AMAZED at the burst of flavors in Hasna's food. This is my go-to from now on. The lamb shank and butter chicken were easily the best I've ever had. Support local, folks!!

I really, really wanted to love this place. I love patronizing small businesses, but unfortunately this place disappointed. At 7pm on a Friday night, the chicken biryani was sooooo incredibly dry. It was like chicken jerky. The spices and flavors are on point, but they appear to struggle a lot with how to cook proteins. A 101 class might be beneficial to these folks.

The food was good, but I felt the beef chapli kabob is plain, compared to 2 years ago or so it had flavor and I was a big fan of it, the chapli kabob tasted ok.
Had a fresh hamburger, which was good also.
Overall the taste of the food has dropped from what it used to be. But still love to go there to eat.

Tried this place for the first time and it was pretty good. The barg kebob was my favorite. Lots of flavor. The butter chicken wasn't the best I've had, but decent. Chicken was tender, but the sauce was a bit oily. The naan bread was PERFECT. I could eat it everyday! Will definitely go back to try other dishes.

This place is great.. Great food, great people. Owners are very friendly. I have tried the majority of the menu and havent been disappointed once. Even took a chance on a butter chicken pizza one night... ended up ordering it multiple times since. Tandoori chicken is on point, in fact all of their kabobs are great. Fresh meat, big portions, whats not to love.
