Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe

Unfortunately did not have a good experience at this Nardellis. I was charged almost 7 dollars for a grilled cheese for my daughter which in my opinion is beyond a ridiculous price. No one ever offered me the kids menue option which included way more items for a cheaper price or tried to give me a reasonable price. Also there were small flies on the window sill, no sanitizer in the container ,there were dirty tables which weren't cleaned and the glass of where the food was in was fogged up and you couldn't even see what was in there. Will not be returning.

I originally gave Nardelli's a 5 star review, but after my last visit, I was left very disappointed at how skimpy, yet overpriced the food is. I used to work in a deli & never in my life have I seen a flat wrap. When I went to check out, I was like "Oh, no that's not mine, I ordered a wrap." They were like "yeah, this is your wrap." I responded, "That's flat, wraps are round, I've never seen a flat wrap before." I paid $8 for a few pieces of meat & cheese, a snack wrap if you will. I would've been far better off buying my own deli meat & making it myself, or going to a local deli that isn't a chain. Never again.

I order lunch from here a lot since I work nearby and I have not been disappointed once. The food has always been great and fresh. They are not skimpy at all. I usually get a wrap- my favorite has become the Chicken Salad Wrap, which I would def recommend!! I have tried some of their other chicken wraps and they are always fresh and they are very generous with the meat portions- it's not all lettuce, like some other places. ;- ) Def a great place to grab a tasty and filling lunch!

I just realized that I have been going to Nardellis location on Watertown ave for years and have never written a review..No one beats them..I crave my sandwhich at least once a week. They know me by name and take great care with my sandwhich order for me and my family.Everything is always on point, fresh and yummy.Everyone is friendly and willing to help..I strongly recommend them.Ty to the staff at Nardellis on Watertown ave.:) GRACI' Stacey
