Since the pandemic the lines are longer and my orders are frequently wrong. I understand that good help is hard to find at this time but after paying $5+ for my coffee and realizing its not what I ordered, gets my day off to a bad start, especially since I waited so long for it and repeated my order 4 times.

The employees there are horrible. I can tell that one of them was training but the other employees watched the trainee make my coffee wrong and didn't say anything until after the coffee was handed to me. They are so rude and very very slow. There was one girl who was especially rude to me whose name was Jules i believe. Very rude. Poor service there and no sense of correct communication with the customers or the employees themselves. Never coming here ever again. would not recommend

Got the pepper bacon sandwich, very cheap on the bacon and the sandwich was cold. NOT EDIBLE. Waste of money the sandwich minus one bite went in the garbage..

Service was extremely slow & you can tell the team that works there is not in sync . Only reason I went there was my fav DDs were closed due to tropical storm. Also note the place was freezing as they had A/C on full blast even though outside temperature was only 70°. I do NOT recommend nor will I ever return

Haven't gone to Dunkin too much since I'm in California so this was a nice treat. The staff were very nice and made great drinks!

I ordered a purple pomegranate coconut refresher...the sales person gave me a blueberry one...I was okay with that but got home and realized I had a full cup of ice...literally two sips and it was done. I also ordered a coffee extra sweet and he did not put any sugar.
