Coming to work for you guys was a terrible idea not only was I complaining about several problems to the main manager of the store but ya didn’t go threw with it and said was gonna handle it but never did. They deserve zero stars. The wait here is insane; stuck in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. Plus my order was wrong when I got to the window. All that wait and my order was wrong the entire time. I understand they get busy and backed up but there is no excuse for such a long wait and disorganization.

This is the worst dunkin in the area! People that work there are rude and the drive thru has the longest wait times. I didn't feel the need to write a bad review until this happened to me about 6 times, and every time it's severely slow. They might be understaffed or just bad management, but it's been 2 month and they still don't have it together..

Sooo glad to have a Dunkin w/in walking distance. I've often experienced good customer service. Not happy w/drive through w/tight twists & turns.

Go to any other Dunkin Donuts. This one is consistently bad. They serve hot lattes in the hot latte cup but its actually ice cold. I am baffled at how horrible the coffee is every time.

Everyone here is so wonderful. Leslie, Justina, Jalisa, Andre, Ana!!!! Unfortunately, one woman - Donna keeps putting my straws in the bags with my donuts, one time even stabbing through one once... can't eat that. The straws have wrappers. I am sure they have dropped on the ground before. When I mentioned that, she seemed annoyed. I just try not to go when she's there.

I know it's still summer but I HAD to have my first cold pumpkin latte...they really should have it all year but maybe I wouldn't look forward to it as much...it really is the little things that make me happy...YUM

I normally love this location but lately they have been making their bagels every sloppy. My fiancee brought his bagel back after frustration then his new bagel he noticed when he got home was not at all what he asked for. So 2 bagels messed up. Ugh!! Lets just say bagel went in trash and he is upset with loss of appetite
